Is it true that he will be out in 9+- months from now and doesn’t have to do his full sentence? If so, it is sending out the wrong message in my opinion.

His deranged and delusional sister should ask herself some real questions before chatting complete bulls%{t. Would she want her daughters being involved with someone like Bear when they are 15? (And yes, it’s well known that he got with a school girl who was doing her GCSE’s. And how would she react if one of her daughters was filmed in secret and than plastered on the internet for ever? Would she than also write about what a nice guy that person is, and that everyone is against him for all the wrong reasons? His sister is just as sick as Bear, Yaz and his Dad.

I think that's why he's given all his passwords to Jazmin for social media .. he tells her to make the crime seem trivial. Don't forget the 10yrs on the sex offender register will remain .. he's gonna be 43yrs old before it's lifted
The sentence isn't just about custodial...unfortunately. When a sentence is passed, half of it is served inside a prison, the other half in the community.
That's how my abuser walked free from court...he'd been on remand for ages waiting for the case to go to court, so when he got found guilty and was sentenced, he walked out of court because the custodial sentence he was given he'd already done whilst on remand. It sucks, but that's how it works. Not just with Stephen, but most cases when the defendant is found guilty and given a prison sentence, they serve half inside, half outside, under strict instructions.
But I'll put money on him bleeping up in the first few weeks and getting recalled. For me, the punishment of being on the register is the real beauty. He won't be able to get work, he'll be fucked financially, and that's BEFORE Georgia gets started on him, very limited where he can travel to, etc etc.
The best bit is is that him and his enablers haven't even thought about that side of it yet
