I feel sorry for whoever does this people Pre sentence report and have to listen to him harp on about himself.

Hopefully this will display that he shows absolutely no remorse for (as we know) and will add weight to imposing a custodial.

Our just system is a joke tbh… For voyeurism minimum is a fine - 18 months custody and maximum is 2 years custody, for disclosing private sexual images the minimum is discharge (disgusting) - 1 year 6 months in custody and the maximum is 2 years in custody
Since he’s shown absolutely no remorse and didn’t plead guilty there are definitely no mitigating factors other than it may be his first offence of that nature He could/should be looking at a maximum of 6 years in prison but I highly doubt that will happen, they’re the sentencing guidelines though

It’s from his arrest this time I think? They usually release the mug shot after a guilty verdict anyway so I assume that’s where it’s from

He'd love that this was from now but it's not. He's skinny in the face, has a jawline and is missing his hing tattoo. Which makes me wonder what other crimes has he done to have this mugshot. Maybe from when he was arrested on his birthday?
