Both sides will sum up their cases. Probably a bit of squabbling over legal points. Judge will (try) to sum up for the jury. Jury goes out. Jury comes back in

Whyyy does my busiest day of the month have to be today. I can't concentrate and I've got my entire team asking my questions and all I want to do is delegate them the job of providing updates of this arcical of a court case.

He wont be sentenced today if he’s found guilty anyway. That will be January/February depending on court time and how long it takes to do Pre-Sentence reports etc
