With regards to sentencing thats down to HHJ. But irrispective, on conviction under s67 he will be an RSO with all the requirements that come with it. That is far more devastating for someone like him than a short custodial. Even if he gets the bottom of the scale custodial wise, he will be subject to notification for 5 years……….
This isnt a case where he gets a suspended custodial and thats it. The notification requirements are what will hurt him.
