I was just going to say the same, I feel like we might be disappointed. It will be even more awful if he gets away with it now after everything we have heard. Until the magic word is delivered by the jury you are right, you fan never be 100% sure. However, I think Ms Casey and the CPS have proven their case (mad twin brother aside

With regards to sentencing thats down to HHJ. But irrispective, on conviction under s67 he will be an RSO with all the requirements that come with it. That is far more devastating for someone like him than a short custodial. Even if he gets the bottom of the scale custodial wise, he will be subject to notification for 5 years……….

If he takes the stand I can see him getting charged with contempt of court. He is incapable of showing any kind of deference or respect for the court as evidenced by the CHINchilla coat, rented Rolls Royce and using the trial as an advert for his porn shite. He just won't be able to help himself from arguing back and he's not smart enough to win an argument with a dog turd let alone a KC barrister. Look at how hostile and cocky he was with the police during interviews. He will see Ms Carey KC as a silly woman, beneath him who he can easily outsmart. She will tie him in knots and he will lose his temper.

Then there is also whatever they are working on now which led to the court rising early for the day and sitting late tomorrow. Its clearly something that has just come to their notice and the judge thinks its relevant enough to sack the rest of the day and morning off to allow it to be followed up.
