Just crossing my fingers that this gets played out tomorrow

Judge : "Are we ready for the first witness?"

Clerk : "The defence calls Stephen Bear to the witness box"

Judge: None of us are really ever going to be ready for the first witness

Fixed it 😂

I don't know what you guys think, but as much as things seem to be going balls up for him (if he had any), I'm still scared to get too excited over what the verdict/sentence will be at the end of this :cautious::(
I was just going to say the same, I feel like we might be disappointed. It will be even more awful if he gets away with it now after everything we have heard. I'm worried

Until the magic word is delivered by the jury you are right, you fan never be 100% sure. However, I think Ms Casey and the CPS have proven their case (mad twin brother aside 😳).

With regards to sentencing thats down to HHJ. But irrispective, on conviction under s67 he will be an RSO with all the requirements that come with it. That is far more devastating for someone like him than a short custodial. Even if he gets the bottom of the scale custodial wise, he will be subject to notification for 5 years……….

This isnt a case where he gets a suspended custodial and thats it. The notification requirements are what will hurt him.

If he takes the stand I can see him getting charged with contempt of court. He is incapable of showing any kind of deference or respect for the court as evidenced by the CHINchilla coat, rented Rolls Royce and using the trial as an advert for his porn shite. He just won't be able to help himself from arguing back and he's not smart enough to win an argument with a dog turd let alone a KC barrister. Look at how hostile and cocky he was with the police during interviews. He will see Ms Carey KC as a silly woman, beneath him who he can easily outsmart. She will tie him in knots and he will lose his temper.

I noted in the reporting that whilst G was giving evidence Bear was shaking his head and pulling faces. This goes down like a cup of sick inside a courtroom. If he takes the stand he will just incriminate himself further

Agree 100%. She will snap it off and feed it to him slowly.

Then there is also whatever they are working on now which led to the court rising early for the day and sitting late tomorrow. Its clearly something that has just come to their notice and the judge thinks its relevant enough to sack the rest of the day and morning off to allow it to be followed up.

If i were Ms Rose I would not be letting him within 200km of the witness box

8earzy

Also noticed his private number plate has vanished from the DVLA database, so as well as scrapping his car he clearly couldn't afford to put on retention 😂

Do you think it could be because of him using photos from outside the court to promote his porn?

In a word, yes. Its contemptuous behaviour at the very least but his poor defence barristers worse nightmare at the worse because hes proved Ms Careys case for her.

Its really odd for them to stop midway before the prosecution have finished. So there is something new that HHJ thinks is relevant enough to stop for

So HFF and PC don't follow each other which is odd because they practically wank each other off on Twatter. Weirdly they both follow Unbiased Football Fan who also seems to fan boy on Bear.

Small world....
