The woman has some weird messiah complex with a dash obsessive compulsive behaviors wrapped in a veneer of toxic positivity. Using language like "as long as this video helps someone." And liking all the "you're so beautiful, you made me recover from my ED!" comments. She always has to show her body, always has to report on everything happening with her body or goes into her body (or at least the things she wants to present to control the viewers perspective). It's all "Let Me Help You By Showing MeMeMeMeMe!" Videos. Her channel is nothing more than a vlog at this point in hopes to funnel some viewers to her website to sell those crappy t-shirts and her cookie cutter workout plans.

She has no business helping anyone.

I'm also wondering why she's still on social media. like maybe it would be great for her to get another job if social media triggers her so badly, or at least volunteer/do something else part time if she has to take a break for four months. her situation sounds really depressing and I sincerely hope she gets the help she so desperately needs

I still wonder what Jeff's role is in all this. I can't help but think he doesn't really care, just smiles and nods and says, "you're so beautiful babe. Ok, I'm going back to Canada now, bye! See you for the next video! Let me know if you need a thumbnail of me grabbing your a again!"

They feed each other's EDs, it's so clear to me. They are so toxic, both of them.
I know this is not Jeff's topic but i watched a video from Gojiman the other day going over his diet, loved it, it's hilarious.

Bruh I think Jeff is just so fed up with Steph that he just agrees with her to not make her sad. Jeff has more knowledge on dieting, exercise, etc. I’m not sure why he encouraged her to go all in.

She’s just a joke. So yet again she’s lied to people about just being lean even though she’s eating loads. That video she had where she was tiny again she was acting like she eats loads and fixed her issues with food but now we know her again this is a lie.

She’s a liar. Can’t stand her.

She has had a stupid amount of work done to her face. She posted a throwback to her younger self on her stories a few days ago and it looked like a different person, her face is now unrecognisable with the pillowy filler cheeks, lips and botox. Based on that alone I'd say she's also had her a done. She's ruining herself, she was so naturally beautiful it's such a shame

Definitely. that combined with her obvious ED, it's really sad. She has all the time and money one needs but still refuses to get professional help. This is truly incredibly sad and stupid at the same time.

I know why she's eating all these protein powders and supplements on camera, but considering how long she's been "working out" and the evidence of her lack of progress and muscle growth, she doesn't need to supplement her protein at all.
