Soooooo many of us were asking her about the Dove wipes everyone!

Seriously Stacey, did anyone ask? Did a single person even ask? They’re hardly a big considered purchase and a wipe is a wipe, who the heck is grilling Stacey flippin Solomon for an analysis of a pack of wipes? Nobody, that’s who.

It’s such an insincere form of advertising; essentially portraying false hype around the product to make people think they’re in high demand and must buy some ASAP

It is ridiculous to not have a stair gate and then complain about having to run after him so he doesn’t fall down the stairs. Fair enough if she’s one of these people who is teaching him to safely use the stairs from a very young age, don’t complain about having to do it then.
I'd much rather have one and know I can turn my back for a second without the risk of them tumbling down the stairs.

People love to overreact on here! He would have been in a buggy and I’m sure Stacey would’ve kept him a safe distance away from other shoppers.

I agree... kind of... we're moving on and trying to resume normality. I feel a child in a pushchair is easier to social distance than a child walking around. That said I've taken my 7 year old for a quick trip around Aldi or Wilkos because I want him to get used to this new normal. However I dont know if a big shopping centre and Primark would be my first choice. Primark is manic at the best of times!

Nothing wrong with not having a stair gate, I doubt its because of the looks ,if any of you watch mummy diaries billie faiers looks like she has a specially made one to match the interior so I imagine they would do that if they wanted to. Ive used a stair gate and personally think a specially made one is an waste of money as you only have it a couple of years but you know what celebs are like.

Also I have took my kids shopping as they needed new clothes and shoes , so got their feet measured and I let my oldest pick her own clothes. Judge me if you want but I social distanced , made sure they didnt touch things unnecessarily , took hand gel etc.
The only thing that gets me she makes out she has anxiety about going out , now I wouldnt like to judge mental health on someone I dont know but I have a friend who is genuinely anxious about leaving the house with her kids and i know everyone is different but she wouldnt dream of taking a young child into primark anytime soon.

Someone with anxiety to the extent that she makes out she has defiantly wouldn’t go out clothes shopping a few days after the opened, I also know a lot of people who are still terrified to leave their houses...

I don’t understand why she finds it so hard to wash... she’s got older boys so they can look after themselves for 5 mins while she showers, joe is around so he can watch Rex or she could up a bit earlier and shower or leave Rex in his cot for 5 mins while she showers. The possibilities are endless!

Too busy filming herself for the gram and cutting up bits of fruit and bread and colouring porridge. Get washed SS and stop that manic laughing at everything

Going to a crappy clothes shop is not essential, taking him for a food shop yes, if he urgently needed shoes or clothes (yes) but Going to primark is just beyond stupid. I don’t care he’s in pushchair, I won’t be taking my children to a shop/cafe/ restaurant for quite some time and we don’t like in the Uk with the awful numbers. ss is a moron so what’s new

I thought how it was interesting he kept saying ‘YOUR dog’ it’s like they aren’t really a legit couple or serious.. even though they have a child together? They do seem to act like their just dating and getting to know eachother sometimes

Why take a child on a shopping trip when there's another option? If you think I'm overreacting by wanting peoples risk to be lowered, so be it. The more it spreads by anyone (child or adult) not staying home when possible, the more we are ALL at risk.

so what’s she going to do - keep him indoors for the rest of the year?

How about she leaves him at home with his Dad!
She's not a single parent.

I’ve taken my children for walks etc but would I take them to a busy shopping centre right now? Probably not, to me a walk is essential for my kids but taking them to primark isn’t, just because shops are open doesn’t mean it’s safe to take them just yet plus Stacey is an influencer and I think the smart thing to do would to have shown she left him home xx

That’s coming from someone who’s just spent time in hospital with my baby- the hospitals are still in complete lock down, being in hospital with your child allowed no visitors unable to leave the room, it’s scary, it’s not a place you want to be any time especially not now! Xx

Well said!! Totally agree with you. I find that because lockdown measures have been eased some people think it's safe now!
The virus is still out there, still spreading it hasn't gone away!

Easing things just means that hospitals have room for more cases now!
The more people stay home, when possible, the safer we will all be!

Exactly I’m not for a second saying LOCK YOUR KIDS INDOORS but does your child need to go to primark? No, they really don’t x

In her defence, children are very unlikely to be ill so any danger to Rex is minimal, he was in his pushchair so not running about and as far as I could see on the stories, there was social distancing.

She’s following govt guidance so no matter what platform she’s on, she didn’t do anything wrong. NO ONE needs to be at Primark or the pub or the cinema etc etc at the moment but we’re being told it’s fine and we need to go to these places to keep the economy going so, again, she’s not done anything wrong.

whether we think it’s right or not is irrelevant, if we think it’s wrong then we should be annoyed at the fact for allowing these places to be open when 180 or more people are still dying each day from this virus, not Stacey Solomon.
