Although it wouldn’t surprise me if the whole thing was over already, something seems off about it all. I swear he was there Saturday morning before horse riding and then posted about moving over the weekend so unless there’s been some sort of Brangelina-esque massive blowup in the space of a day, I’m sure he’s still around. Actually wouldn’t be surprised if she’s the one behind his big business “rebrand” to be honest. I have also noticed that his presence is pretty scarce when she has the girls and she seems to have had them in a far more consistent manner lately, almost like one week on, one week off like an actual custody arrangement. I’m probably just imagining that though.

How does one get to the point they can consume 2400 calories on maintenance? I am 163cm, put on weight very easily, 85 kilos and can not lose weight unless I eat under 1200 calories - which makes working out at the gym hard as I am so exhausted. I worked with a trainer at my crossfit gym who basically told me I was lying about my intake and I have also done Renaissance Periodization.

I’m not an expert but I’m assuming you’d have to reverse diet to build your calories back up slowly to avoid weight gain.

There’s a great trainer on Instagram who specialises in this. Alice Round
