I actually got the recipe from the Guardian (see link), but I think it’s the same as the Flavour one (I don’t actually have that book). There’s quite a bit of chopping involved, and lots of ingredients, but it’s not hard (it is a traybake after all). Very tasty, and it went down extremely well with some meat-eating friends too.
