Everyone is different. I guess part of learning to have a healthy relationship with food is being able to have a little bit of what you fancy without going in to a full on binge. I don't like the demonising of a 100 calorie piece of chocolate on sw when you can eat a 600 calorie meal "syn free"Spaghetti hoops in a tankardthink I've seen it all now!
yeah I get that, I think for me it's the idea that breakfast has to be a treat somehow. I mean, have treats within your calories, but at breakfast? If I had massive chocolatey breakfasts I know I'd be on a slippery slope to binging chocolate all day.
It's also partly due to the fact that their "tsp" is usually about half a jar of Nutella![]()
Yeah, their tsp measurements are pretty bad! They don't realise it's a measuring tsp and not a massive heaped teaspoon from your kitchen drawer
