hahah hit the nail on the head!!Looks like two fried eggs nailed to a wall
Funny you say that, as a former target member I remember full well the ‘control’ SW gave me following on from a miscarriage where I got to my lowest adult weight ever. I look at pictures from back then and they actually just make me sad, because I know full well that I’m sad in them too at the time of taking them.I dont think anyone disputes that SW works. Long term it doesnt give you the tools to maintain your 'target' weight. Also Ive said this for a few years now, not in relation to PTs jumping on the hate SW bandwagon. I have no views here, no clout to gain by posting what happened to me.
You cant avoid meals out and celebrations forever. You dont want to have chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice for every takeaway and having takeaways of your choice and 'unlimited' free food doesnt go hand in hand with maintaining weight.
I wouldnt go as far to say as SW gave me an eating disorder but I had disordered eating. The full binge/purge rollercoaster. Barely eating before weigh in but then eating 'on plan' but more carbs and bigger portions the 3 days following weigh in. Id stop drinking water at 1pm for a 5pm weigh in.
I was seen as the 'ideal SW-er' at my class. Constantly looked up to and told to ask as I was doing 'so well' so I felt more pressure to continually have a loss each week. I couldnt say outl oud what I was doing because I knew it wasnt normal.
Im more educated now and realise that weightloss isnt a downward line constantly and fluctuations are normal. Especially for females, we ovulate, we menstruate, we hold water more than males do. I dont need to analyse my whole weeks eating if I gain half a pound and wonder where I went wrong.
Also having been what I would say is skinny for my frame/height I realised that loving myself wasnt solved by being a weight/size. If you dont love yourself as you are you'l always see something wrong no matter what size you are. I could see my bones and still felt just another half stone would be better.
Sorry to hear that. Who's that? This nutter is having a proper shouting/crying breakdown that somebody has reported one of her photos. Completely unhinged.

Aw thank you. It was a few years ago now and I’ve gone onto have my rainbow. Looking back though now I’d got to original target, had my MMC, then got over 1 stone more down from original target afterwards and I was just all about the control when I couldn’t control anything else going on in my life.Sorry to hear that. Its a bit of a rollercoaster.![]()

Why do they all write in such an irritating way?! Honestly, it's like they think they are celebrities or something, so self indulged. All very 'me,me,me'.More mini eggs![]()
Check out his thread and yesterday’s foodJust come across sw_kirk. Does he only post his most beige/off plan foods or is this just how he eats? How do these people manage to lose weight! I get it's all about caloric deficit, but they must either only eat one huuuuge meal a day or exercise for hours a day!

The most I've gained from 1 week off plan was 5lb, I lost over half the week after. 2st 7lb on in one week is ridiculous.Ok, Now I'm Struggling....
