I've already done 11,000 steps today as I've been out for a 10K run, makes it 35km in total this week, it's my weigh day tomorrow and depressingly I'll be surprised if I've lost half a pound

it's the lack of activity when I'm not exercising cos of lockdown, I'd be so much further on with my weight loss if I was out and about as normal. But yeah I really don't get how they maintain on those portions even doing all that, I'd gain weight! Tbf though everyone's different and loads of carbs just don't agree with me. Slimming World I think needs to be more informative about portion sizes, even if you make recipes on their app e.g. a pasta bake it's often 100g dried pasta per portion which with everything else is a lot of food! I tried WW once and starved the first couple of weeks but my appetite did adjust to the smaller portions. I think eating off a smaller plate is good too cos it tricks your brain into thinking your portion is bigger than it is.
