The evening snack (binge more like) treat plates are horrific. There's having a biscuit or a packet of crisps watching telly of an evening and there's having another meal! One girl I follow is literally having a mountain of food at 9/10pm. Still "on plan", it was about 12 syns, a HEB and a HEA but if you add it up (which I did as I was intrigued as to just how much it would come to) and it was near enough 700 calories. That was on top of 3 fairly substantial meals too.
