The only time I lost a significant amount of weight was with SW but I’m back where I started and I feel ashamed of myself. I thought I was an expert as food optimising and I simply just let myself slip into the old habits over time and the gains began to build.Yes! Completely relate! I think it's why I lose easier on sw, because I'm actually healthier on it
I feel like I am too busy to calorie count properly and I know SW (the right way) in my head yet parting with money doesn’t appeal especially if I did it with my partner as that would be more than £500 per year just for the weekly fee.
I have used the Nutracheck app and it worked great except the time to input ingredients. It was demotivating.
