Yeah, I’ll hold my hands up too! I hate so much about it, I hate the way people get when they’re on it, and I’m in a better place with regards to my relationship with food, for not following SW or any other diet.Not gonna lie I feel like tit, I’m going on holiday next week so I will feel even more tit when I get back from that. SW has been entering my mind AGAIN because I’m thinking ‘it will hold me accountable’ etc, but I’m just like nooooo don’t do ithaven’t got my text yet or card in the post but sure they will arrive!
But I still keep toying with the idea of rejoining to “properly get the weight off”
