Scary thing is though portions like this by themselves do not equate to 18 stone in 2 year.
He must be eating that then eating a family size takeaway later on
However though, if he's spent all the time eating half the size portions to lose the weight, and he's suddenly doubling it. It'd contribute massively.
Obviously not that alone, like you say. Because thats hell of a lot to gain!

When he initially joined SW he was 33 stone and lost 16
Then hes regained 18 so that means he's 35 stone 😲
Thats in unbelievable yoyo within a space of just 4 years
His organs must be screaming.
He got married after losing his weight the first time you'd think his wife would say something or step in

It would've been healthier for him to stay the 33 stone tbh!
They've said medically many times that it's healthier to stay heavier than to lose weight and regain it!

I don't know many people, if any that have lost that much, regained it and lost it again. So I can't see him doing it

He literally must've been eating non stop all day. I genuinely hope he manages to get help.

I'm sorry but that foodieslimmer bloke is a disgusting pig.

He deserves no sympathy whatsoever.

haven't read any of the comments on his posts but I'll hazard a guess that they say stuff like "you've got this" and other balls....

makes me sick.

How the duck do you gain over 16 stone in that time? I thought my 4 stone in a year was bad.

Its the usual SW insta huns saying 'you got this! we're behind you!' 😴
Apparently he has chosen a group nearer to his work this time to ensure that he goes...you know like thats the root of his problems, not 10000 calories a day 🙄

As someone who’s struggled with their weight their whole life, I don’t understand how you can put on 16 stone in that space of time.

I eat a lot, and I have diagnosed binge eating disorder, and it took me 3 years to put on 4 stone. I just can’t fathom how you put on that amount of weight in a short space of time.

*18 stone
Hes 2 stone bigger than before his 16 stone weightloss.
What makes it worse is he wrote in jan last year he had gained back 13 stone in 2020 meaning he must have gained the remaining 5 last year.
13 stone in one year is insane.
...and of course he blamed lockdown

I see Josh Clark has read and taken the SW out his username…
I spotted that yesterday 🤣 I stopped following him ages ago as all he ever does is eat Domino's and I have enough difficulty resisting that as it is without seeing it all over my weight loss account, looks like nothing has changed!

More than a stone a month, if he is 'blaming' lockdown then that actually makes it 13 stones in 8 months as it didn't start until the end of March. How much must you be eating to achieve that, I have lost and gained the same 1.5 stone a few times over the last few years with and without SW and ate for England in the last 3 months, total gain 4.5lbs. He must have been eating about 6/7,000 a day every day.

I reckon he’ll be back to his pre SW weight soon…

That amount of a gain shows that he either does not follow the plan or that slimming worlds plan doesn’t work which is bad for the brand. Is it anyones job at Slimming World to keep their consultants following the plan and checking what they are doing?
I don’t think so at all, I’ve rejoined many times 🙈 but most have lost weight but not at target. My friend used to be a ww coach and they had specific weight ranges they had to be between after they’d lost weight or risk losing their position. She used to say how could I stand there overweight and tell others how to lose weight

Yeah he clearly has massive issues with food or something that makes him turn to good. Tbh he would be a good candidate for weight loss surgery, it’s a last resort but some people do need it
Weight loss surgery is such a quick and easy fix that people use to drastically lose weight but if you don’t deal with the psychological issues that made you put on the weight, you’re gonna just undo the work from the surgery and regain the weight

Funny thing is he posted only healthy meals on his grid over them 2 years.
I think he must have starved himself, heavily restricted and destroyed his metabolism in his initial weightloss. He lost his weight very quickly losing 16.5 stone in only 18 months.
I had a scroll down to see what he ate when in full swing with his weightloss and its easy to see where things are going wrong.
This breakfast is from 2017 when he was losing...

The portion difference is massive.
I also suspect hes eating loads of crap he doesn't put on the grid.
Increasing your portions drastically after restricting is never going to be a happy ending.
But yeah 18 stone in 2 years is still bleeping crazy.
Portion difference or not, there is simply no bleeping way you could gain 18st in 2 years eating Spag Bol and a reasonably “healthy” version of a fry. The spaghetti portion size looks like mine and I’m at target. He must have been hammering the junk food to gain that quickly.

And if you were putting on weight eating normally then there’s something SERIOUSLY wrong and I’d be down the doctors demanding treatment ???

Surgery isn’t easy but yeah, if he can gain that much in a year I don’t think it would help him much. He’d be better with therapy

I'm pretty sure you have to go through therapy before they'll give you wls anyway
