to be fair she uses my fitness pal to count her calories. With my fitness pal you can actually adjust calories yourself and add things that aren’t even true that’s why I hate it. So she’s probs adding stuff thinking it’s like 40 cals and it’s actually 200. That’s where I think she’s going wrongYep. There is something really off there. I love MFP! But know a lot of people aren't keen. Yes I think you are right,i did see something the other day, where she reckoned it was 10g of something and the plate was covered in it. Those calories can easily add up if you aren't tracking accurately.to be fair she uses my fitness pal to count her calories. I think she has her calories set to high anyway, she doesn’t lose much weight at all. She’s quite short and eats 1900/2000 calories a day, even just reducing that by another 100/150 I think could help her.I feel like Gemma b has her daily calories to lose weight at like 2000 so if she does over estimate I just feel like she has 0 wiggle room before she is at maintenance.
Especially because she seems to take the calories her watch says she burn as gospel when in reality they are probs over estimated.
I do think she looks more toned than in her before pics though.

I know she bangs on about slow and steady, but for someone always in a deficit and never losing surely she needs to realise something needs adjusting?
This!!If after 2 weeks someone hasn’t lost weight, they should adjust their calories by 50/100 cals a day.

Yep! I was so sick of PT’s with no training giving me advice, I signed up for a years online course in nutrition and weight management consultancy. There are many ways to lose weight (all have a calorie deficit at the core). Calorie counting is 100% not for everyone. People should be counting calories for 12-16weeks. Just as counting syns, points isn’t for life, neither is calorie counting. If she has a PT/Coach and isn’t losing and they aren’t trying to switch things up then she needs a new coach.This!!It seems really weird to me that she hasn’t dropped it at all
