The things Gemma B eats just baffle me. I know you can have whatever you want within reason as long as it’s counted in your calories but I don’t understand why anyone (dieting or otherwise) would eat a whole pizza and a bit of garlic bread? I’d have a right sore stomach after all that white bready carbiness! And the bars of chocolate on top of oats for breakfast all the time really isn’t a healthy mindset. And the mug cakes…,,
