Surely anyone with a normal relationship with alcohol is not having to think ahead like this and plan things the following morning to stop themselves from going off the rails.

Park Run this week, doctors apt last week. Having to plan things to "make" yourself stop drinking is one of the signs of alcoholism.

It's also embarrassingly pathetic and juvenile talking like this, it's how a 15 year old might talk about booze.

Also tonight is only Friday , would having to mind her child in the morning not be a good enough excuse, or did she offload the baby for a full night and all tomorrow knowing she has no self control once she starts drinking ?
