Covid has definitely affected me. That gym she went to looks like a nightmare to me now. Everyone so close together, sweating, huffing and puffing in a tiny underground room. Going for that cool club vibe, but all I can see is...grossness and sweat. And she's found another bike row ski type place, basically.
Sidenote: having had kettlebell lessons from a Russian kettlebell certified trainer, I really hate those American high swings. All I can see is shoulder impingement down the line.

She'd be too stubborn to listen to her body and sit at home with a broken jaw. We'd be watching her stomping around and doing BJJ with a grumpier head than usual
