I can’t remember but I was AMAZED. She has less clients but way more pricey, for the 1:1 anyway. TBH I’d trust what she has to say much more than I would Siobhan

I don’t follow Nicole. Never have. But is it Becca gillen? That her name? I don’t follow her either! I used to but then lost interest.
I’ve just looked up this Becca Gillen - her profile says she is a CBT practitioner yet doesn’t advertise having any psychology quals ?

but as a psych student I can’t believe the arrogance of these influencers, Shiv included, talking about mindset and behaviour change and cognitive behaviour with no quals. In psych 101 you are taught against doing this or speaking on any subject until you have your post grad.Definitely think this is an area regulators need to crack down on. Hopefully the next logical phase of social media is the identification and containment of such BS because the damage that it is doing to young impressionable minds is insane.
Psychology is very specialised and takes years of ongoing learning up to PHD level sometimes and experience. To see these dopey instahuns tit all over the profession is infuriating.

Yep completely agree. Here in Australia it’s undergrad, honours and post grad and you cannot get into honours with less than 70% overall in your undergrad.
I’ve been studying three years and have so far to go, and I would never dream of talking of these subjects as it’s so important to be qualified for the individual’s sake. Didn’t shiv say once that psych was too boring or not what she was interested in actually studying? Sorry but that’s how you earn the right to talk on these topics.

none of them work in their actual area of expertise, claim to be “evidence-based” but actually don’t respect the industries they profit off enough to study them for more than a weekend course.
You Wouldn’t claim to be a teacher/nurse/accountant without a degree, why do all these huns think they are behaviour change experts or PTs without one?
Most gyms in US now look for a degree to work as a PT, it will more than likely go the same way here.

I know who you’re on about. I raised this question on her thread but didn’t really get any replies. Clearly up to some sort of this carry on to fund lifestyle.
She’s almost definitely on the dole she’s made quite a few trips back to Dublin all year no doubt to keep it active

It's the only way to hurt them, don't give them the follow and defo don't give them the story view.
SOH drops in every so often that X thousand ppl are viewing her stories. That is not for the benefit of the average follower, it is an advertisement to business that if you give me a #gift or #ad that your product or business will get this level of exposure
Yeh that picture I posted here about 12 hours ago is up to 579 views now. I’d say pictures others have posted have similar/more……there’s a lot of eyes here that may not post/have accounts. Nice drop in followers there for Siobhan if all unfollowed, used war against instagrammers. You only have to look at her “siobh eats” page to see….even starting with a huge platform to announce that page from the interest was minimal. Hit them where it hurts indeed. If Instagram ever get their act together & delete inactive accounts it would be a great day

I know that Shiv has no outgoings- mortgage, kids etc and clearly she’s not a multi millionaire (lol) but cash doesn’t just appear from no where. She does a few paid ads- Daniel wellington, has her oven and my protein swipe ups but unless I am thick that can’t make that much money. Clearly Bali is cheap but still she pays rent, eats our, her quarantine? It’s all very dodgy. Sure even a night out in Dublin, which she had many many off, costs a bloody bomb!!
