I wonder if anxiety at that accidental email caused it?

I'd say she was in a STATE the entire flight over it.
She said before that she often gets up in the middle of the night to pick her skin!!!! I’d say it’s anxiety related.

She has four open sores on her face since yesterday. Very disturbing behaviour.

The poor girl that did her facial last week must be delighted she wasted a couple of hours on that ones boat race

There's not a hope in hell I'd be appearing in pics and vids without make up on if I was having skin issues. And I love popping a zit as much as the next guy!!!

She's supposed to be an ambassador for her 'brand'. She's bloated and messy, not a picture of health and wellbeing.

that and wondering if she was pass/fail the PCR test on arrival.

What a waste of money for that seat if she crippled with anxiety for the duration of that journey.
Ah sure, she was able to change her clothes and have a shower during the stop over - every cloud and all that eh
Worth every penny.

I take a certain type of contraceptive pill to keep my skin clear. Without it my skin has really deep pustules and boils. Its really gross and skin care doesn't help at all. Not that I would recommend anybody just takes the pill because it has loads of side effects but didn't Shiv do some ranty posts a while back about the evils of the pill? Not sure she is qualified to advise people on medication. Also, even without taking the pill there are other medications that can be prescribed to help. If she never mentioned her skin then fair enough but she goes on and on about it. She then gets annoyed about unsolicited advice but her recommendations against the pill were certainly unsolicited and uneducated!

Yep she put up a post after reading a book about the pill because she thought that gave her qualifications 🙄, recalibrated bodies commented that she was incorrect & she took the post down

Her skin is ongoing so she really needs to see a dermatologist at this stage, she's 33 with big scabs on her face! I suffered with it as well was on the pill for it, when I came off the pill to have children I was fine then it flared up again & I was on antibiotics & a prescription cream. All good now but that's because I manage it, Siobhans attitude seems to be I have bad skin so I'll pick it, moan about it but do nothing to fix it long term.

So she’s going to be doing some of the oven workouts this week. She finds it hard to motivate herself to do home workouts, probably because she’s a seasoned athlete but the oven workouts are fine for the plebs at home

I can't understand why she talks about her skin, it's just drawing attention to it, but yet she doesn't want anyone to comment on it. It looks so dehydrated which isn't surprising considering all the alcohol, tit food & over exercising & I'd be shocked if she has a decent skincare routine, if she did she would mention it. The one thing she doesn't actually seem to get as freebies is skincare products, does she say no or is she not approached?
I don’t like commenting on physical appearances but I agree she needs to start looking after her skin. She’d be a great collab for dermologica or another brand that using influencers, it’s actually a great product. She made a comment about not having any face wash left for the weekend or something, which made me assume she had no skincare regime at all. I feel like im clutching at straws here but does she wear spf in Bali? It’s easy to avoid sun damage when you live in Ireland by just wearing spf but that could be where the fine lines are coming from. Also her diet and nomadic lifestyle. She truly is a nomad lately, living in London using the water there, goes to France completely different water, comes back goes to Croatia, then back to Dublin. Not to mention the the drinking, sun damage in Croatia “burn first!”, eating rit (not just eating crap but switching in between drastic measures of healthy eating and then to junk will confuse your body, ph of the skin etc,... late nights, lack of any skincare regime, will age her hard.

She is going to have really nasty scars from all the picking! I know because when I had bad skin I couldn't resist a squeeze and a pick. I'm now in my 40s and still take the pill. I haven't had any adverse effects except some weight gain but I think most medication has side effects of some sort.
I wonder what her skin will look like when she hits 44? All the sun damage plus the scaring. Oh and I found some of the deep spots really quite painful. I can't understand why she hasn't got the acne treated unless visiting the GP is way too normal for her.

I wouldn't comment on appearance usually but she talks about her skin every day! That says to me she isn't happy which makes it all the more confusing that she hasn't got it treated properly. I know she eats junk and doesn't wash but when my skin was bad all the healthy eating and washing did me no good at all. For someone who has a zillion points in her leaving cert she doesn't seem to be bright enough to realise a medical problem needs a medical professional!

After the chat about Siobhan's skin, I came across this post on Instagram. Maybe Siobhan should start following this ladies account and taking some tips from her. Siobhan's skin is awful and looks sore.
Not to be ‘that’ person but sometimes your skin is bad because you just need a course of antibiotics. Getting out in nature and meeting new people won’t help a diagnosed skin condition! I’d hate anyone reading that to think that their acne was their own fault.
Sorry, back to this flute 😆

I'm not even sure she has a skin condition.. she has an anxiety problem that causes her to pick at whatever little blemish she can find.

Anyways.. that food looks so much better than Australian quarantine. I wish someone would bring me breakfast.

Yes, I've never noticed any zits or spots on her skin, just the huge scabs. So does she just pick a small spot until its a massive scab? And she does this because she's anxious? She who has never had any mental health issues because she journals & has a great morning routine 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

She herself has mentioned this is the problem, she also said if she has fake nails on it stops her doing it.... wouldn't you just get your nails done to stop it!

Yeah my skin is only clear because of the pill I take. Skin care and healthy eating didn't help at all. My pill also stops me getting a hairy chin so bonus! 🤣🤣🤣

A lot of her anxiety is self inflicted... shes a pathological liar, she lives a lifestyle she can't sustain long term and (not completely her fault) has no significant relationships in her life. She needs to take a couple of steps back, see a therapist and make a grown up decision to stop living this fantasy/fake it till you make it world that she's living in.

Her skin is as a direct result of the tit diet and drinking and she obviously has serious anxiety as well and picks her skin as part of that. Siobhan feels anxious.. picks skin to avoid sitting and feeling the anxiety and tackling that. Some people bite their nails,, I used to pick at the invisible large on my belly when I was recovering from my eating disorder. Instead of saying right why are you anxious, what are u feeling Id just pick my skin to deflect from the feelings.. She cannot run forever..
