She doesn’t seem willing to try anything that she doesn’t like the look of, I hated vegetables as well until I got serious about losing weight and now I really like them. I just looked at ways to make them tasty, cooking with ginger, lemon, limes, roasting veg etc. I just changed my mindset. Fair enough there will always be things people don’t like but Sinead‘s list is EXTREMELY long.How do you make yourself like something that you don't?

This “woman” lives in the same town and I have to say she was such a great person when she started so genuine and stayed that way then she lost herself and has become such a nasty nasty druggy!! An ex of mine works in a local bar and she thought she would continue to take the piss out of him and then one night made the whole pub go quiet and took the piss out of him and the whole pub was roaring laughing at him about something so sensitive. She is just horrible. Her family are just as worse he mother looks down on you if she doesn’t know you and walks the town as if she is royalty and you should bow! Sinead is the biggest beggy Mitchell and just a snake!! She has dropped so many people who were there for her through everything. When I see her my blood literally boils!!

I mean I would choose a lovely bar of chocolate over an apple every time given half the chance but I know if I want to be healthy and especially if im trying to lose weight at some point i have to chose the apple and get on with it. I always wondered what happened her and Pamela, it was always her, tracey and Pam at the start. Haven’t seen her mentioned in a long time.
I used to really like her and enjoy her stories until she came into where I work one day. Me and my work colleagues couldn’t get over how rude she was. All this niceness is put on for social media. She definitely looks down on people although you’d wonder why seeing as most people have proper jobs not constantly begging for stuff online.

Hi guys, I also do some admin for Zen Jen when Aoife is off. I asked her to get in touch with Simon and she meditated and said he’s in the shed & he’s afraid to come out and cross the road on his own. Seems legit so if anyone is nearby can you give a hand. Thanks a mil xoxo
