here you go sinead love … quick google and volia.

In some instances, your doctor might collect a sample of uterine tissue for testing (endometrial biopsy) to make sure you don't have a more serious condition. But an endometrial biopsy won't help your doctor confirm a diagnosis of adenomyosis.

Pelvic imaging such as ultrasound and MRI can detect signs of adenomyosis, but the only way to confirm it is to examine the uterus after hysterectomy.

i have “bad” endo too love but silly me calls it “stage 4”.. oh and i have suspected adeynomosis as they can’t definitively say it is it until hysterectomy..

oh and staying in to “monitor” is quite common in private….its called getting their moneys worth and it happens to everyone…

She will / should get a discharge summary letter leaving today for her GP like 99% of people. If there’s any truth in her having endo she will show where it says that. She had already diagnosed herself so much she was never going to confess it isn’t endo anyway!

She only went in at 5pm of course she’s staying over. She’s making it out like her surgery was so bad she had to stay in.

I’ve stayed for every one of mine. They put a catheter in and a drain for some - apparently common enough. Plus they get the fees for an overnight stay as its private 🤪

I actually do think she has endometriosis and possibly suspected adeynomosis but everything is so dramatic as if she is the worst in the world! You document so much Sinead and we are commenting on what you show or tell. I could not do the things you do with the same conditions so I query the extent that you say you’re in pain. Please use your platform for education for others! The majority of people don’t have the luxury of private.

Also this procedure has been booked in for a while…no way would it be last minute! I know this as I’m currently attending the clinic. The procedures run normally to 6pm. An hour in isnt that long for “bad” endo…I ended up being over two. Plus she’s had to fast etc beforehand. Just remember that there are people on social media who have actually walked in the same path as you…

i think i know of who this top surgeon is…not mentioning names on here but his methods do not remove endometriosis for long. there are two ways to do it - one is more conservative…

I’m very curious to know who this specialist is? As far as I’m aware after years of my own endo research there are no endo specialists even in the north so they won’t have “taken it out” they more than likely burnt it away rather than cutting it out like a proper specialist would.

I do believe she does have it but she is exaggerating the situation way too much, she should be using her platform to provide useful/true information.

“Bad case of endo” lol it’s classed in stages! Stage 1,2,3 or 4. Also there are NO endometriosis specialists in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Most surgeons removing endo in Ireland are Gynae surgeons, they also Alblate endometriosis which only burns it & doesn’t remove it from the root which in turn the endo grows back quicker. There are endometriosis specialists in England & in Europe who do perform Excision surgery (which is the best as it is removed from the root). She hasn’t a clue what she’s chatting about

She is such a childish attention seeker. Either keep it private or keep it factual. She always skirts around the question when she is lying. “Bad case” in my “Whom”. Idiot.

Does she really think she got a special doctor? Most who work in Ballykelly are employed in NHS...perfectly wonderful at their work no doubt but just because you pay to go privately does not mean you get better treatment.
She talks such rubbish. Saying how great the midulster doc was... did she not say a while after her 1st visit she might look to go to another private doc? Obv the midulster one wasnt telling her what she wanted to hear.
As for being in constant pain for so long🤣🤣🤣 but i struggled through my holiday and put my surgery on hold.
🙄🙄🙄

Thankfully I am lucky enough to be one of the few that does not have endo, but her stories are actually shocking. Like if your coming on to explain it all atleast do it right and get your spellings right like holy god she has so much bother with her womb and can't even spell it! The difference in her explanation and Olivia mcveighs is night and day! Olivia has went off the drink and everything properly to try and help ease her pain she's been put into a medically induced menopause and here's this doll puts the surgery off for holidays but she's in so much pain
