I know someone who has a Thai boyfriend. He did say he felt pressured to get boob surgery to earn money for the family but he knows he’s a man, and he didn’t want to be a prostitute for westerners.

Anyway Barry, I mean comrade Simon, sorry, was right on it there wasn’t he? No, he wasn’t. It was waaaahhhh me me me as per.

That post sums up why I have no time for men who 'use' prostitutes (I hate that verb as it's so dehumanising) far better than my confused wafflings do. On the plus side I have learned more about katoey, the word I'll use in future. Thank space you Tattlers.

Thank god he missed the boat on that. Checked his profile and aside from this, a post about homeless shelters and a post about Southport all of his posts barely manage 100 likes. On the Southport post he is getting a bit of flak about utilising the tragedy for engagement so he can sling his Octopus links which is correct really, he hops on bandwagons to make takes that contribute nothing so he can fish for referrals on other posts.

Also as an Arsenal fan his football posts are cringe and I'm glad he barely gets any engagement on them.

I’ve just gone on his page and it says “husband of one”. I thought he’d split up with his missus?

Is he in a position to laugh at this? I mean, a solitary insignificant councillor describing his enormous fraudulent grifting as “dubious”, led to multiple meltdowns that haven’t quite subsided yet, and a 15,000 word complaint letter to the council that made Karen McKarenly-Karen from Karensville look like Laid-back Lisa from Chilltown.

Said this a billion times before, but I’ll say it YET AGAIN. Get a self-awareness check, Simon. You large twit.

Not his joke and years old.
Every now and then on Facebook some page posts some of his tit re lifeboats or fundraising. I post the links and breakdown of his and Kirsty fraud. I enjoy my work .

Oh absolutely. Never, ever let him forget. For that is what he should always be famous for, for the rest of time.

People on social media who aren’t all that into politics and just check-in every now and then to see how Auntie Nora’s doing, should always see his stupid, large, hairy meathead pop up, and instantly think, “ohhh that’s the con artist who charged £15k for 189 followers.”

I still chuckle that he made a big show about joining Bluesky because X was so evil and he was one of the good guys, and he had to bin it within a week because every one of his posts got spammed with links to his grifting. Glorious 😂

I believe the comment was dubious comedian which adds a whole other level to it. Simon was probably more upset his comedic value was called into question rather than his ethics and morals.

After all as well as £367k from Essex Council he also got £30K.from the Mid and South Essex NHS Integrated Care Board. Yup good old Kirsty again.

He'll take sole responsibility for the money raised, even though many, many way more higher profiles would have shared the link including the BBC.

Oh duck right off you twit. Constantly glueing himself like a large sticky curd to successful and prolific fund raising attempts.
Dreadful attention seeking individual.
I don't usually body shame, but duck of you large bleep.

He didn't even share any links or signposts beyond 'Google Mencap and your local area if you want it to go to your local rather than the national provision'

Truly fascinating, choosing to shoehorn oneself into a completely organic instance of people donating

He doesn't have that many followers to make a difference and I suspect that the charity has made that same post to everyone who's shared it.

yeah that was my thought exactly when I first saw it. It’s just a copy/paste reply to everyone, but Simon is special, obviously. We can all see why he’s doing this. He still needs to use needy people and charitable causes as a leg-up to promote himself and virtue signal, now he’s not even bothering to do the GoFundMe himself. Just patting himself on the back for sharing other peoples fundraisers.

He knows full well that most people won’t look too closely at the details and just casually assume that he’s somehow involved in it. Low and grubby even by his standards 🤮
