He's posted about Wallace and Gromit/Gavin and Stacey 7 times in the last 2 days to farm likes, when he puts his own pictures up he struggles to break 100 likes. Professional Content Creator.
I’ve noticed this. His engagement stats show wild swings, from posts with low hundreds (poor for someone with 270k followers) to others with thousands of likes. While some posts are likely boosted, there’s a definite pattern which is unmistakable when you see it.
The only things that ever do relatively well are either screenshots of someone else’s tweets, or it’s him piggybacking onto something popular that he had nothing to do with.
All of his exclusively original content flops like a jelly on a wet mattress, without fail. That tedious, unhinged drivel about McDonald’s coffee cup lids: 192 likes. Yet another dire joke about bin day: 131 likes. Some weird post about Jacobs crackers being biscuits at Christmas (search me

): 74 likes. And so on….
Whereas, a simple screenshot of someone else’s tweet about the Wallace and Gromit movie: 4,300 likes
Lots of people see your stuff, Simon. But they only seem to like the things you’re not actually responsible for. What does that tell you?
