Ughh someone kept sending me loads of stupid offers and I didn't block them. Now they've bought full price but also messaged saying can you send asap as they'll be on holiday and won't be able to collect from the locker in time. I can't send it for a couple of days and I'm iffy about this person now anyway, how can I cancel without getting bad feedback? There's no 'covid' option to cancel anymore

Item arrived to my buyer with a hole in it. I must have missed it completely when I was photographing it/put it into my selling pile. It was on the waistband so I must have just missed it. Fully accept it’s my fault and am happy to refund them.

it was in a bundle, if I refund them do they get fully refunded for the whole bundle or just that one item?

I will add it is a tiny hole so I’m not a scruffy slag who posts massively ripped items 🙈
I think there's only the option to refund the whole bundle.
