I don’t think she knows which direction to go in anymore. I think she definitely wants to lose weight though or why would she edit? But probably thinks she would get hate. No one will hate you for wanting to be healthier

Ummmm thought Liv was doing a 5k walk today for charity? According to her stories so far, she’s stopped at 3k?!
She talks a lot about suicide prevention, but not much more than “it’s ok to not be ok, talk to someone!”, she never goes into the social and political issues surrounding suicide - money, the welfare system, the terrible universal credit system that makes you feel like a criminal for not having a job, access to mental health services, job security, food security, social pressure surround gender roles and expectations etc etc. The things that can’t be fixed by just talking to someone. There needs to be so much more discussion around these socio-political factors that have an enduring impact on people’s mental well-being, and it would be so uplifting if Liv was part of breaking down the stigma around that

Is she bright enough to discuss that?

I don’t understand, it doesn’t take an hour to walk 3k? it wouldn’t take an hour to walk 5k if you were going at a good speed!

A 5k walk is not a challenge/ shouldn’t be one for anyone who doesn’t have a physical reason that it would prevent them.

I’m glad someone else thinks this too! 🤣 When she first mentioned it I thought it was a pretty pathetic ‘challenge’ for a young able bodied person. My toy dog can quite easily walk 5k ffs!

The "I did it!" Post after the 5k walk?? I walk 5k to bloody work! I really can't see what the achievement is for a young person with no physical disabilities. As a young able bodied person, a 5k walking challenge is a little lame, not inspirational.

For an able bodied person a 5k RUN isn’t worthy of the “challenge” label, the mind boggles at her calling a walk a challenge

Her double chin really freaks me out. It doesn’t match the rest of her body at all. It’s like she’s just stuck a random bit of skin under her chin

I’m glad someone said this! I have pretty severe autoimmune inflammatory arthritis, sometimes I’m forced into a wheelchair or need a stick. I’ve had it since I was 3 and sometimes take upwards of 30 pills a day. Even on my okayish days I’d be able to do a 5k walk no bother - if that’s a real challenge for her then she needs to see someone about that. Running it? Yeah, maybe a challenge if you’ve never run before. Strolling through the park? Nah, I’m not impressed at all as harsh as that may be.

she could learn a lot from you!

what she’s done is certainly not impressive enough to be a charity challenge. If she cannot run, she could have walked 10k, and called that a challenge for her

Has anyone else seen the stories she just posted about being pigeon holed as ‘the mentally ill girl’? I’m glad she’s realised she can’t always be there for people and it isn’t fair if people message her then have a go if she doesn’t reply. I agree that’s really al her content was - her being mentally ill and some underwear pics with self love between. It’ll be interesting to see what her posts will be like now - though I didn’t really agree with how she said people ‘enjoy watching her suffer’ because she notices her crying posts / mental health posts do the best. I honestly think it’s just because people can relate and people comment / like as an act of support.
Also sorry i don’t mean to laugh but I did when she said ‘there’s more to me than that! I like sloths…’ 😂

I'm not sure about her latest stories. She is the one that put herself in that box. She invited people to contact her if they had problems, telling them they were her best friends and to contact her if they were suffering, I agree it isn't nice to moan at her for not replying at 3am. She can't understand why her Halloween tit in September isn't doing very well, it's September Liv, come back with it mid-october, her fashion posts are questionable and her pidge apparel is rit, just accept it Liv that most of your followers followed you for the mental health stuff and the other stuff like your love of sloths 🤣 and that stupid frog filter and that God awful slug one she used to use just isn't everyone's cup of tea. It's your page Liv, post what you like but don't moan that people aren't engaging with it, maybe they just don't like what you post. It's only worrying you as you don't have a job to fall back onto

I’ve been thinking the exact same thing!!! First off - shes literally still got “mental health” in her insta name/bio, so she’s still labelling herself as a mental health content creator.
Second - she built her platform on documenting her mental health struggles and on engaging with her following around mental health and giving them support.
Third - nobody likes to see her suffer, that is such a victim mentality. Her crying videos etc do well presumably cus they resonate with people and they garner the most likes and comments and shares because people feel like they have to comment to make her feel better, for sympathy. The rest of the content around fashion and lifestyle doesn’t do well because it’s not interesting or particularly stylish. Sorry, but that’s probably what the reality is, rather than people liking to see her suffer.
Ultimately, it’s her content she can do what she wants and I’m certainly interested to see what direction she goes in, her content has needed a refresh and perk up for a while! But labelling the reason that it’s stagnating as cus people put her in this box and pigeonhole her and only want to see her struggling isn’t the one. From seeing her content across the platforms it’s just clear that her fashion and lifestyle posts are so below par, that there’s nothing to engage with there 👻

She’s literally just completed a short walk in aid of a mental health charity. Asked people to donate. And now says the mental health stuff is draining. People don’t engage with the other stuff because it’s not good quality, simple as that! It’s wonderful if she gets personal enjoyment doing the fashion and lifestyle posts etc but it’s her followers’ prerogative as to whether they engage with it or not. Perhaps she should worry less about how many likes she is getting, and if she doesn’t want to be everyone’s therapist, stop begging for engagement by saying “DM me if you want a personal voice note” or “my DM’s are always open”

Just seen the ‘pigeonholed’ stories. Completely agree with others who have said that she’s put herself in a box, and to be fair to Liv she does seem to recognise that. I think people tend to follow different accounts for different things. People probably follow her for her MH content because she’s willing to show herself when she’s really low & talk about aspects of MH that other influencers might avoid. Her home & lifestyle content is a bit more of an acquired taste, as is her fashion & makeup, and I can’t imagine any of it being the main reason anyone is following her. There are loads of other accounts I’d personally look at for that sort of content before I thought of Liv. It’s her account & she should be posting whatever she wants on there, but she might have to just accept that moving away from MH could mean losing interest from people who are only following her for that.
