She needs reporting but the police need to know details of where.. when etc of which she's been careful to exclude and I'm not usually a grass but her smug laughing deserves it. The guidance is vague though and people will get away with going out with friends to pubs etc The meeting indoors bit says ‘you must not’ and the socialising bit in public venues is ‘we advise against’
