You can tell David hatt wanted to let the girl from last year win again but was scared of getting abuse. The 12 week peak is a total farce: last years winners man owns a CrossFit gym and this years male winner is an actual PT. honestly it’s like a competition for folk with eating disorders
I do think last years winner was the best but he couldn’t let her win again. She seems to gain weight intentionally for the 12 week peak and it’s so unfair that the majority are fitness professionals
