Don’t know much about them but some of the results from the 12 week peak seem extreme. Someone my friend knows was doing it and she fainted when she was getting ready for the photoshoot!

I unfollowed him for this reason - his constant posting and gloating was exhausting. He can't have enough clients to sustain that surely
