A lot of people do vague things to drum up engagement, but then don't follow it up with rude comments! These are the people who you expect to buy everything you throw at them, so maybe be less aggressive towards them!
She has mentally stopped at the age she started youtube and hasn't matured since then. She is playing being an adult with house, car, husband, pregnant (*spoiler alert* she is pregnant), but she has cut herself off from so many more adult interactions! The only people who do are family, staff, people at companies of products she endorses who feed her every delusion that she is special. So she is mentally still at late teen/early 20s stage
