Kurt is listed as the PT but I don't think there has ever been proof of his qualifications. They should be public but no one has been able to find them. He was a high class jujistu (sp?) fighter, but even if he was qualified to teach that or something, he wouldn't be able to sign off on a general ebook. Plus it is a major conflict of interest for your boyfriend to give it the stamp of approval, of course he wouldn't say no.In response to the posts that talk about her having no qualifications to be making ebooks/giving fitness advice (not that I'm disagreeing ha)... I'm almost positive that I remember seeing that Kurt is a qualified PT?? I'm sure I remember something about him 'approving' the workouts in her first ebook. I guess even if that's the case, it doesn't mean much.. plenty of terrible trainers out there. Was just curious if anyone else remembered this too, or if I made it up haha
6 sets of an exercise is unneccessary and most PTs or certified professionals would max it at 4 (that's where optimal results are, 3-4 sets). Also the exercises are formatted poorly and will lead to injuries for most people particularly since she advertises it as a beginner guide. The jumping exercises show no modifications and the amount of jumping can be very bad on joints. The timeline of workouts does not account for DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and will lead many people to feel burnt out or unable to continue on due to fatigue and needing more/an accurate recovery time.
