When she said "people need to remember I have a full time job" I thought she was going to say that this pays the mortgage. That's what she always said before and it turns out she doesn't pay/ have a mortgage. She's renting so she does lie on social media. That's was a stupid lie. Who cares if she rents or owns her house.

The biggest pack of liers are bloggers!!!She has been going to counselling for a wet weekend and now shes on preaching about how people should react to others. Yes Sarah it's always important to validate a persons feeling whether they are anxious sad angry feeling guilty or whatever. Do this with your kid too and you will limit tantrums and will connect more. But how patronising is she to her followers coz we all know she couldn't empathise with a person to save her life. And although she held her temper last night she is still far from self regulating yet..alot of work to be done yet I'd say.

She's obviously searching for something but not gonna find it making a gobshite of herself on insta....

Why is Sarah putting up her 'counsillors' number....people don't want access to her political contact. Pretty sure they wanted access to her counsellors number. For someone who's so obsessed with telling us about it, you'd think she'd have spelt it right

From any of my experience with them I've never been given advise they ask you leading questions to allow you come to a realisation or conclusion yourself to allow you release the feelings. Ive always been told they will not advise you on "what to do in a situation" others may have a different experience

Any Private counseling service is usually recommended by a GP or HSE based Mental Health clinic, Not some random off Insta.

Counseling is about creating mechanisms so that the patient can self regulate going forward. Not about telling the patient what to do.
I doubt people were asking for the number and if they did, how and when does Sarah see these messages, she cba to reply to anyone comments, dm and even her sw clients
