Yea alot of cardio won't help on it too u need to build muscle by lifting to maintain muscle mass,I'd say my heart is strained with my weight

Are you describing buying the raw ingredients, mixing and injecting yourself not under medical supervision?

If yes, I think that's what they describe over on the Saxenda/Ozempic thread as "going raw". One girl managed to measure her dosages wrong and put herself in hospital.

I know we are all desperate for weight loss, I've been on ozempic myself in the past, but imo buying the ingredients "raw" and mixing and injecting yourself if a recipe for disaster.
