Sian you hero. I remember you coming here in her support and in fairness it was helpful to have your balancing views. It’s a shame she treated you like that.

As someone you would class as non-binary, being regarded as a marketing ploy, or rather having a ‘social or cultural edge’ is incredibly offensive. I don’t want to be your edge so you can profit from my lifetime of trauma and pain and you can’t just lump me in with sustainability ‘and beyond’ whatever that means.

Oh and also, I think a lot of people reached their lowest lows this year Sarah, I know I had some pretty dark thoughts verging on actions which led me to take a four month social media hiatus except I wasn’t in the privileged position to shop (using other people’s money) or massage my anxiety away. The last thing on my mind was starting a business or converting the masses to this relatively unheard of game called chess but just getting better. And I would never, ever throw the kindness or concern of someone who was worried about me back in their face.

In fact, I think most people here at one point or another were worried about you until you carried on as normal like a smug ‘boss babe’ and took no accountability for the distress and pain you caused others.

Anyone in business knows that if you’re getting pushed into a corner by what ever circumstance be it clients, suppliers etc you give your legal teams details as they’re LEGALLY trained to give educated responses and don’t just use “ dummies guide to the law” books . She continues to press that self destruct and make herself a laughing stock with every single post on Twitter and Instagram. She’s like the uk version of trump😂 step away from social media Sarah you’re a social hand grenade! If you actually did have a legal team they’d be screaming at you for your phone. That shovel you’re using is digging your hole bigger with every typed word! You’re so unprofessional and acting like a precocious child. It’s so embarrassing

This is a woman in her mid thirties who I keep mistaking for a stroppy 14 year old, it's just crazy that she views herself as a professional business person? It really is so embarrassing, but I can't seem to stop watching...

I have been watching with interest after all the hubbub of reaching the 1M I was like WTF I can barely watch her for 5 seconds, but then when this kicked off I somehow spotted her on Tattle - anyway:

Firstly - I’m sorry for everyone that she’s ripped off. I really hope you get your money back.

Secondly - honestly, there has been loads of sound advice here, but my advice (not legally trained at all, but have experience of making previous pay invoices they though they’d suddenly decided they didn’t want to pay...) anyway - is to go through the Small claims Court.

You all have all the info you need, plus the press articles. If she won’t give you her lawyers details, take the screenshot, and add that to the narrative.

I am are you will all win & she will not be able to cope with numerous claims in one go.

She’s dreadful. Good luck everyone. X

Excellent advice @StanleySon theres no way she can defend multiple claims , people are genuinely out of pocket so it’s not malicious .

Also what a legend Sian is .. I will watch makeitmoregeous with renewed gusto knowing how badass she is .
