I can’t help but think that barely any of these things are things she’s usually into/would be missing?? Beer gardens, dance floors, going out for roasts, fake tan, porn star martinis... and most of the rest is stuff she’s done anyway despite the lockdown/ restrictions

Urgh, the wonkily hung picture frames and shoe/boot storage in the front hallway sets my teeth on edge...in a house that big surely you could store you shoes somewhere more out of sight?
Yes... Such as their actual, purpose built boot/utility room complete with its own door and built-in shoe storage! If I was them I'd use the boot room door as their main everyday entrance rather than cluttering up the front hallway. Might also save their (already dirty looking) new tiles as well.

I would love to have children, desperate even, and I’m super lucky to have godchildren and nephews, but I find a certain group of mummy bloggers (and I have a friend in this pack) and their followers attach an excessive amount of praise to procreation. I’m absolutely in awe of anyone who has tried, has had a successful pregnancy and/or is raising a child but it’s not the absolute and this culture of raising mothers above all else for their fertility etc is pervasively unpleasant. Imagine this will be controversial but it makes me sad that my incredibly talented childless friends get nowhere near the same kind of kudos and support
