I don’t often comment but just wanted to show my support to you too Katie. I thought it was so fair and articulate what you were saying and brave to go against the majority of the sycophants and hold your own! I couldn’t help but think who the person arguing with you was as if they knew her well they’d probably not like her either, I started thinking it was actually her from another account as couldn’t believe someone would defend her so much!!!! It’s so crap how much she must be earning by playing the system, when I was on maternity a few years back it was so hard making ends meet that it took away some of the joy of having a new baby

@Katiearchiedan that was a brave post, good for you and I send you my sincere condolences, it must be very sad and hard trying to be a good mummy when you’re grieving for your own. Xx

Instagram has changed from its original days. It was fun and light-hearted, a way of documenting photos amongst friends.
It is far too commercialised and fake now. It is ridiculous that people get paid on it to flog companies’ products, when the average Joe Bloggs is expected to spend their hard-earned money if they want such products.
I refuse to touch any ‘swipe-up’ link. I refuse to contribute to any ‘blogggggger’s’ pocket.
If Instagram gets to the stage where it affects your mental health / makes you compare your own life to those of others, then it is probably best to take a break or unfollow those accounts.

Director of husband and dads company as well as “mumma”

Not brother though..🤔
In name only though I suspect, to meet certain rules. I don’t think they actually have much disposable income - I expect the large mortgage and upkeep of the house takes most of Ben’s wages, whatever they are... On the whole they buy really cheap, Aldi, Costco and she never buys expensive clothes, it’s H&M or Zara not what you might expect from their supposed “middle class” lifestyle.

She buys A LOT of stuff though doesn't she? Too much. Have you ever looked at her page selling clothes...every other item still has the label on it!!!! So wasteful. I wonder if she's a compulsive shopper...gets that buzz from buying something for a few hours and then it passes.

Doesn’t Ben have lots of student homes in Lancaster that he rents out - I’m sure I read that? That must bring in loads of money I would think.
I can’t believe how she just refused to engage in any dialogue and just blocks people. She’s a lost cause, will never grow and mature as a person because she cannot appreciate a different perspective that challenges her world view. Really it’s the worst sort of small mindedness and ignorance which I expect extends to many of her “views”.

Absolutely. No need to block anybody. Just reply and accept that people have a different opinion to you, that's life. That's the trouble with social media, it's made people too sensitive, they assume that if somebody doesn't agree with them it's trolling. Pathetic.

She has the emotional maturity of a toddler. It is fundamentally not normal for a grown woman to not be able to engage with others who hold differing opinions, or to have such child like responses to every day challenges such as cold weather

T'was me. And I am now blocked. Probably for the best to be honest. My baby is 2 months younger than hers and her constant drivvle, ramblings, humble bragging, holidays, lack of awareness of how lucky she is has negatively impacted on my already delicate post partum mental health. I don't know why I got so riled. I am actually doing ok at the moment but I just am so sick of her constant perfection interspersed with the odd oh my God I might be getting PND. It is so so damaging. And then the more she just surrounds herself with all these arse lickers and blocks out any challenges. I can't believe she has a law degree because she is completely unable to formulate a coherent response to challenge. I just want people like her to be accountable and answerable for the potential damage they are doing. Anyway I fear I've gone in too deep and it's negative for me...a new mum, having lost my own mum in the last few years, trying to balance all my emotions and be a good mum.
I liked your post and the posts agreeing with you. You were very well written out and absolutely spot on. She is incredibly damaging to the fragile postpartum mother, I've been there myself after my first and I'm so glad I was blind to her drivel at that point else I think it would've tipped me over the edge so probably for the best. She's an immature brat who doesn't realise her privilege.
You sound like a brilliant mother and Grabby is completely unrealistic. There will come a time where Freya will rebel against them and then she will truly be left feeling guilty about this persona she has to put on and will make Freya put on as I'm sure after being on here for a few months, she only had Freya as a prop. Ben wanted her a lot more I think.
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom too, I lost my brother but can't ever imagine the pain you're in loosing your lovely mom. Take care x

Seriously though, anybody she hasn't blocked, please keep us up to date. She probably thinks she can get away with murder now she's only got her bestest arse lickers following her. I'm more than happy to email the ASA if she's not declaring ads.

I still don’t know how she has a law degree.

Reality check. Has Grabby ever shared:

Going to the cinema
Going to the theatre
Going to an art gallery / museum
Enjoying an outdoor pursuit - sailing / skiing / surfing / go ape.
Goings to a sports match?
Going to a concert / comedy night.
Having a fun night in the pub with a bunch of mates.
Going out to a club.
Going to a festival.
Standing up for something / anything?

She has a nice house and she goes to nice places on holiday. She surrounds herself with nice *gifted things. But where is the JOY? Where are the experiences? The laughing with friends? The spontaneous?

As someone above said - when Instagram is no more - what will she have to look back on?

There's something very controlling about her in that she only socialises in the morning for walks/breakfast/brunch. I mean, that's just not normal. It's like she can't bear to be in situation where alcohol might be consumed i.e. after midday.
