I’m definitely not an expert but from what I understand she doesn’t have to work with any of the companies she shares things from as she uses a website that’s a bit like Quidco/Topcashback and makes a percentage back that way.
I have no idea how long the cookies from clicking on her link last on your phone and would be interested to know.
I just find it quite sneaky to not disclose the retailer, makes me even less inclined to swipe up!
So do M&S not even have to agree to this???

I think this is right- MuthaHood has explained it before and usually recaps how it works whenever she (rarely) uses them

This is my understanding too. Think I've seen it mentioned the cookies last for 30 days but that might be site-dependent? I've heard people refer to affiliate programs - is that the website they use or assigned to a brand or group of brands?

Fgs. I like some of those bits she's linking but I don't want to swipe up. 😞
A lot of the kids bits are m&s - the swim set and the jumper with the libertyesque collar are. The ladies Spotty dress & pink coat are also m&s
The rainbow stripy romper & one of the blue and white rompers are Boden
The midi dress is Hush
The green dress & jumpsuit are H&M
Ochre cardigan is Sainsbury’s

Screw You grabby I won’t be buying anything clothes any time soon anyway 🤣

Wish I could get paid for writing a simple #ad #affiliate and linking it. How easy does that sound?! Busting my backside in a supermarket cafe to get nowhere - Not to mention underpaid was clearly the wrong job. 😂
And then tight arses like RVK don’t even go to your cafe - they’d rather breastfeed their child in everybody’s way on dirty stairs then go to a cafe in the same bloody shop!

What I don't understand, Is why she drove into central London. My husband does it every day and it's horrendous. Surely jumping on the train is easier? I'd be more anxious driving than training in.
Because even though hundreds of thousands of Mum’s get the tube/train into london with babies it is just wayyyy too stressful for her (and she is a bit above travelling with regular folk).....she would muchhhhh rather add to the air pollution in London than be environmentally friendly.....

I never swipe up! I’d rather swallow razor blades than give Grabby commission! Today’s had some nice clothes included *faints in shock given her dreadful taste in clothes*

Maybe she can get her camel coat cleaned with all the #afflink sales??? 🧼 🤢

Shrieks of her not being able to cope with a crying baby, so everything must stop while I sort this out. So no matter that it's inconveniencing people coming into the store. But don't fricking film yourself doing it you pulsating bag of tiresomeness, just find somewhere that you won't be a trip hazard in your bizarrely voluminous coat and have at it.
Grebbleza- I hate to say this but a good chunk of mums {#mumsnotmamas) breastfeed. Yes even lower class people and *gasps and whispers* even ones in Scandinavia or Canada!

Anyone on Instagram that has the magic 10k followers can do swipe up affiliate links to any retailer without actually ‘working’ with them if they want to.
So no M&S won’t have had anything to do with this, she’s simply finding a load of websites that would give her a good percentage back on swipe ups and sharing them in the hope someone buys something from it and she earns something back.
So do M&S not even have to agree to this???
I’ve never heard of that so no help on that front sorry.
I always use Quidco for my online purchases so I always hope that alters the cookies from a swipe up but I guess I’ll never know

This is where I can justify calling her Beggy - random items with affiliate links which can earn her between 5-20% commission, plus a cookie on your device for up to 45 days for all those retailers.

If she was affiliate marketing an item she owns, has shown in use on Instagram and loves? Affiliate away!

But story after story of stuff (cleverly chosen so that each retailer generates an affiliate cookie from either babyswear or ladieswear) really is just money grabbing. She used to do these stories at least two or three times a week and never tagged them as ads before the ASA cracked down on affiliate marketing. As they are now clearly disclosed, I suspect she was reported at some point.

She is using the affiliate program Reward Style if you fancy learning more. And yes, brands like M&S are onboard with it all.

Returning to the steps feeding incident- I used to work in M&S and if she’d indicated to a member of staff that she needed to feed Freya they would have found a chair and space for her in the store - this is alllll about attention seeking! Dirty clothes for a work meeting filthy steps to feed your baby - very odd behaviour even by her standards.

I’d bet my house that after she finished her impromptu M&S stair feeding exercise (with camera to catch the precious moment!) she said to herself “You got this Mama!”

Self indulgent, self congratulatory post of twit level 10. No one cares where you feed Frey Bentos. NO ONE.

I'm starting to think that it's because she lives in her 1950s housewife bubble that she thinks these tasks are utterly revelutionay. Everyone stop and look, this woman is out WITHOUT her husband or mum escort and is feeding her baby. She basically a suffragette 🙄

Meanwhile, there are millions of women running at 100 miles an hour, juggling real jobs, battling the commute in time to pick kids up, or at home running around trying to squeeze in the food shop, cleaning, kids stuff, feeding their kids however without the time to think twice about how why or when. Many with no partners or family around. And not because we are of a lower class or less hard working than the grabby clan, but because that's how life goes.

It's great grabby, but honestly pottering around M&S in your in never ending spare time isn't exactly ground breaking stuff. You aren't helping woman around the world with your grubby step picture. And we aren't buying into 'you got this Mama' super mum front. The ones who are busting their ass for their family and really have 'got this' are far too busy to spend their spare seconds bragging about themselves online to make themselves feel better and others feel tit.

Step outsude your sheltered ideal every once in a while. See how people really live. It might encourage you to think a little differently and realise that people's struggles and achievements go FAR beyond what waitrose porridge toppings to serve at a brunch hosting 🙄

Why doesn’t she just look out of the window before leaving the house like the rest of us. I’m sure she had nowhere she HAD to go- just take the opportunity for a lazy day

I just said to my manager, I'd love a day at home today. No such luck when you're full time and have to work. She has no idea how lucky she is. The odd meeting to blag some freebies is not work. I've got no problem with anybody staying at home to raise their children, just don't kid anybody into thinking that you work. twit.
