I agree re wife’s situation, were it me Mrs Scratcher would have been at the lawyers months ago. I think for us Tattlers to comment on items which are public knowledge is one thing but family disputes or public criticism fill the front pages (think Beckham, Ramsey) but don’t help or change anything.
It sounds to me as if Mum and Bro know it’s best to keep quiet.

Although it might be politic to wait until/if RB is doing 10 years in the big housey wouse before she makes her move. No pissing around with child arrangement battles through the family courts will be better for the children

In fairness, they may have actually split up before as she claimed, defense attorneys often encourage spouses to publicly stay together through the trial since a split could make them appear guilty (though obviously in his case he was). They also won't be called to testify against their spouse/the defendant either.

it also protects money. the settlement cant touch the wifes part if they seperate
