To me it looks like she’s moved her bed so that she has the space to do yoga in her room. Which was understandable if we didn’t know that her family has about 5 rooms where she could do yoga.

Can't say that Ruby's desired aesthetic is completely unfounded, apparently there is a huge demand for romantic victorian academia countryside whatever cosplay.
There is, for example, this girl "Darling Desi" who makes videos on similar topics (not studytube though) - and hers are way more over the top and ridiculous in some ways than Ruby's. But here you can actually tell how much effort goes into the production value and the aesthetics. And you really get the sense that this is a performance for the viewers, in a good way.

There's a form of self harm where the individual would do it in an obvious place as a way to ask for help. They do it hoping someone they trust will ask about it. It looks like the person is doing it for attention to outsiders.
I'm wondering if Ruby is doing the same thing, and she is hoping someone she knows & trusts will ask if shes okay

Literally anything she advertises or gets gifted steers me away from ever buying from that company. She is an already privileged person she does not need free sh!t to flaunt on top. It doesn’t just apply to Ruby, but it just irks me so much. I surely can’t be the only one that thinks it’s a ridiculous business practice.

I’ve noticed recently that almost everything she posts now is sponsored or gifted. I can’t actually remember the last thing she posted on her insta that wasn’t an ad. I hate how she (and other YouTubers) preach about being sustainable and environmentally friendly, yet they accept all this gifted stuff from companies that they literally have no use for. It seems like her and Holly especially post nothing but ads these days :/
