It also reminds me of the thing with the alcohol in the fridge organising video that we spoke about recently, like she was insisting on calling it 'ethanol' or something? It's as if she wants to always be seen to be referring to things in the 'proper' way.

Okay so in the latest video Ruby said the plot in the book was set in a freezing cold environment so she actually went outside in her freezing cold garden as it would be really atmospheric to do so whilst reading the book...ok...

So I’ve just watched the video and she complains she’s cold so then sits in front of her arga on the floor as it’s the warmest place in the house?!? Like I know old homes can be expensive to heat up but surely they have a fire she can sit by?

I thought Arga’s got extreamly hot! How is she say with her back up and hair up against it? Also she has a poor pronunciation of proit (it was legit a tv show on telly awhile ago)
Exactly! I appreciate not everyone watches TV but Poirot is one of the most frequently repeated series on typical UK channels and his name is mentioned many times per episode, and he is one of the literary world's most known detective mystery characters. I'm surprised! It's Pwah-row, surely?
