I really hope these guys are getting OUT of these clubs once in awhile and into the restaurants with authentic food cooked by people who know what they’re doing. Mexico has some of the best cuisine in the world but you won’t find it in these places. When I travel, I ignore most suggestions from the concierge because I don’t care what’s cool. I like to ask other staff where they like to eat. I’ve found some amazing food that way.
