teh design is so weirdly impersonal, and what is with the whole row of grandfather clocks?!
It says it’s owned by a clock maker in the description 😂

ETA “Arragon Mooar Estate is owned by one of the world’s greatest living inventors and a leading authority on early English clocks, Dr John C Taylor OBE.” My bad. Not specifically a clockmaker but a clock enthusiast 😂 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is a weird one for that price.. some of the outdoor space is lovely but the house itself is awful.

I never thought about having a shower in the corner of a bedroom like this, anyone know the likely reason?

It's either swingers (obviously, there's a lot of those on Rightmove) or the Mumsnet pen Beaker has had an upgrade

I remember a house I lived in when I was younger a couple of the bedrooms had sinks in, really random. The bathroom floor was also covered in a thick carpet which was obviousy highly practical

This is a fairly scathing article but I think this flat looks pretty nice! The mezzanine area is clearly not meant for sleeping in just as an unusual extra living space, which I can imagine would be pretty attractive to lots of young first time buyers…it’s hard to get a sense of the scale of it though in terms of height.
but imagine having to basically crawl to the stairs to get down :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

My old lady bones couldn’t take it now but ten years ago I would have thought I was the shizz commando crawling along my mezzanine 🤣

Anyone with a spare £30 million? I expected much more for that price and the floor whilst nice isn't that brilliant.

30 million for this monstrosity......would it not make more sense to buy a different £30 mil mansion literally anywhere else in the world? Says me in my 1 bed flat :ROFLMAO:

My cousin used to live in a house where there was a small room off one of the kids bedrooms, only accessible via a tiny door and only just big enough for the kids to stand up in. She could only get in if she crawled in (her husband was too big to get in all all). In not sure if it was an original feature of the house or if the previous owners put it there but I never really saw the point of it!

Can you imagine being the estate agent going in and wondering how the hell you would market this 😂
Fixer upper. Perfect for anyone who wants to create their ideal decor dreams.
IE: perfect for anyone who wants to paint every room in their new house & get new floors too
