This is a weird one for that price.. some of the outdoor space is lovely but the house itself is awful.

This is a fairly scathing article but I think this flat looks pretty nice! The mezzanine area is clearly not meant for sleeping in just as an unusual extra living space, which I can imagine would be pretty attractive to lots of young first time buyers…it’s hard to get a sense of the scale of it though in terms of height.

My cousin used to live in a house where there was a small room off one of the kids bedrooms, only accessible via a tiny door and only just big enough for the kids to stand up in. She could only get in if she crawled in (her husband was too big to get in all all). In not sure if it was an original feature of the house or if the previous owners put it there but I never really saw the point of it!but imagine having to basically crawl to the stairs to get down
