I'm more surprised at a 3 bed, decent looking property in inner London for 500k.
ETA It's further out that I thought but still seems cheap

Exactly what I thought, how the feck does the agent not explain or even mention it in the text? Completely ignoring it as if it is an elephant in the garden.
