Totally overpriced IMO, if you look at recently sold in the location they are only fetching £400k ish for renovated.
It’s probably £50-100k over.

Very interesting place, loads of character. I’d prefer doors to the en suite bathrooms, though! (can’t get away from talking about en suites lately!)

I think its the room marked dressing room on the ground floor. Attached to a bedroom but the bathroom furnishings look rather lost in it! I think I'd have wanted to partition it for an ensuite and dressing room. Although given its got planning for a rebuild I'd imagine the buyer won't much care about current internal layout.

All a bit weird … was it an old people’s home? I like pic 27, we can either all stare at the person who sits in the armchair, or at the small TV in the corner! No curtains or blinds on those windows, either … all feels a bit abandoned.
Ok it only has 2 bedrooms but what a cuuuute hobbity house. I might buy it and leave my family.
