I’m no expert on breastfeeding so I’m happy to be corrected but I’m assuming that while you are breastfeeding you should be eating more than normal kind of like when you are pregnant. Add in to that all the working out she has been doing she really needs to be to eating more. She didn’t really gain any weight whilst she was pregnant so any weight loss now is really unnecessary. As a nutritionist who apparently specialises in pre and post natal nutrition surely she understands this? She is setting a very unhealthy example imo.
They suggest an extra 500 calories a day, roughly. Obviously it will vary between individuals. Considering the type of meals she makes, that's probably a whole extra meal she should be including in her day.

I've been breastfeeding for 5 months and it makes me ravenous! In the early days I would wake up in the night, eat a Kit Kat Chunky and then go back to sleep! Makes me cringe thinking back 🤣

I doubt she is eating any extra calories at all, she is always going for walks and working out aswell. All that is brilliant as long as you are eating enough to sustain it. She has just released an ebook on sports nutrition and claims to be a specialist in pre and post natal nutrition too. She clearly doesn’t practice what she preaches and I don’t think anyone should be following her example.

100% the best thing about breastfeeding is the licence for Kit Kat Chunkys 😅

It doesn’t come as any surprise that she is adopting such awful practices. Even during pregnancy she pretty much starved herself. The only reason she doesn’t come out and film a ‘what I eat in a day’ is because she know she will get flack.

She is obsessed with being thin. Obsessed. That’s why when she was pregnant she made sure that every single photo was of her cradling her bump in case she was mistaken for being fat!

I cannot imagine the damage she is doing to other new mothers who may feel inadequate for not snapping back into shape as she has.

Exactly! I’m just a bit fed up of her bullshit stories pretending to be eating chocolate buttons when she clearly isn’t! The first line of her Instagram bio says about building better relationships with food but she doesn’t seem as though she has a healthy relationship with food! I would have more respect for her even if she just said ‘I’ve been a bit busy recently and started working out again and I haven’t been eating enough and I’ve lost a bit of weight but I’m going to start eating better and get back on track’. She can’t honestly think that she looks good or a healthy advert for her brand.

Now I’m craving a Kit Kat Chunky... and yes sure I’ll use breastfeeding as an excuse if I have too!

I don’t understand why everyone on Instagram needs people to come and tidy up for them! It doesn’t take a genius to clear out a cupboard and put things into jars (although why everything needs to be put into jars and baskets is beyond me!)

I think she has moved house, if you look at the company she has tagged, they have quite a few stories showing the same cupboards and it’s all about moving in. The kitchen doesn’t look the same and Rhi has been moaning about her tiny flat for a while now! She said the other day she wouldn’t be on much (she’s been in the same amount) as she was really busy in the next few days.

Sophie mentioned about Rhi being her new neighbour. She lives outside of London

Alice Liveing also uses this crowd to hang up her clothes, and put stuff in jars.

Which Sophie is that?

I also think she needs to stop being so needy for attention on Insta, and just relax and enjoy time-out now, especially with demands of being a new mum. She comes across as incredibly neurotic, anxiety-ridden and emotionally needy for attention and likes. Quite sad and pathetic really. If you can't take a break from social media during this time then that's tragic.

It shows an incredibly sad frame of mind that you crave so much attention from strangers that you can't even reduce your time on social media to spend spare time with family, baby and friends without constantly displaying it to a random bunch of strangers gawping on the internet.

Just seen that shes mentioned self settling in her latest story. Hope she knows it's developmentally impossible for a baby so young to self settle or regulate their needs/feelings in any way.

She also makes motherhood sound like such a chore always followed up by a quick disclaimer that she LOVES motherhood and is the happiest she's EVER been. Okay, if you're that happy... stop moaning?

I'd agree, the Sky News clip she posted today says they're going live to Rhiannon in Beaconsfield.
It really annoyed me that Sky interviewed her. She is a nutritionist, not a medic, and I think it’s irresponsible of her to advise pregnant women that drinking caffeine even at low levels is ok given the conclusions of that study which she probably hasn’t even read!

It makes me laugh how she thinks she's actually like a doctor, giving out advice such as this without the correct medical training. It's ridiculous, and she needs to stay in her lane., I'd definitely have more respect for her if she did stick to her speciality and not think she's some sort of 'master of all health sectors'
