I would be crying too if I’d just been told I was going in to tier four but I wouldn’t be posting a boomerang of it on the gram for attention 🙄.

Ahahaha who believes Rhi when she says she relaxed about Z’s first words. Not me 😂
Yeah if you’re writing 100 word caption about how needed reassurance, you aren’t relaxed!
Why on earth did she think Z would be saying real words at 16 months?? She knows babies aren’t just small adults right, they have to learn everything first?

All credit to her if her instastories are genuine and she’s actually managing to cook dinner and bake in the two weeks after labour, but as a new mum myself I’m struggling to believe it’s true - or she’s had a lucky few days and is in for a shock once the baby wakes up more. I feel like some days there’s not enough time to shower let alone make some wholesome dinner and a banana bread!

It all fits that she’s trying to project this image of perfection though, when really she could just take a couple of weeks off posting
All fake. She is one of those women who enjoys feeling superior to other women - I can just imagine her in school, had to be Top Dog in everything. Sadly, Princess Rhi won’t have an genuine female friendships as she is too competitive. I think she is right up there on the fakeometer, nearly off the scale I think

This woman actually cannot cook or come up with decent recipes herself. She pays for and uses a recipe developer to create 'her recipes' and then puts her name on the recipe itself (it's probably the same person that she used to develop recipes for her book).

I used to follow her and her meals used to be extremely sparse, repetitive and unattractive - daily photos of all her meals consisted mostly of small plates of scrambled eggs (using Two Chicks) and smoked salmon with a bit of avocado, and sometimes the odd porridge or a couple of sausages alongside scrambled eggs. Pathetic for a nutritionist to promote such meals.

It's only in the last year or so since she did her book that she's started posting all of these (now flamboyant compared to her past meals) bakes and recipes and it's blatantly someone else who develops her recipes for her. All that pretend 'baking testing and recipe experimentation' is utter B.S.

Her actual meals or recipes that she's capable of creating herself just consist of a worryingly low amount of calories as well as virtually no cooking skills whatsoever. This fakeness and her desperado-level need to pretend to have a perfect image, as well as her sympathy-fishing and martyr complex for something most women go through, is what drives me mad about people like her. Get real luv and stop faking to your followers.
Haha! Spot on! Princess Rhi is a very insecure and unhappy woman deep down - so obvious by her constant need for attention and admiration. Classic narcissist.

It really annoys me when people over sing nursery rhymes! It’s round and round the garden it’s not that deep!

I had to stop following her but I check in on her stories and posts every so often and she is OBSESSED with that poor child’s sleep and eating and routine!! I also didn’t know she was only feeding him plant based stuff (in her story today I think) as I’m sure I’ve seen him with salmon in the past. What on earth will she do when he goes to other peoples houses and parties and there’s cheeseburgers and crisps and Colin the Caterpillar cake?! She’ll implode. 😳
He does seem like such a happy and engaging chap though so I hope he stays that way. She’s still hiding her ad content sneakily isn’t she. Every time that happens I’m submitting it to the ASA. One day Rhi you’ll get busted!

This is not inspiring for a healthy balanced food intake. One of her colleagues is as gaunt looking some six weeks post partum. Imagine turning up for nutrition advice and someone looks so drawn. And I wish she’d stop sharing every bit of her son. There’s some oddballs out there and she’s got him way over exposed.

I’m in her supposedly special group of mums still only breastfeeding at six months and I find her annoying so God knows how anyone else finds her.

She’s always saying oh my life isn’t as perfect as it might look which is such a humblebrag! Who is saying to her her life looks perfect? And she curates what goes on her feed so if anyone is responsible for that it’s her?

I used to like her and enjoy her podcast but she got so preachy and totally unrelatable recently. I clicked on the link in her newsletter to the place she was staying in the Maldives - frikkin’ $1600 per night (and that’s the cheapest option). I wonder if it was #gifted
Also, I get that she’s excited about being pregnant but she literally makes a reference to it every two seconds - we get it , you’re pregnant 🙄 And the cradling the bump pose in every photo (even in videos when she’s walking - it’s like she has to do it for fear of someone who doesn’t know she’s pregnant thinking she’s gained weight or something). On the verge of unfollowing....
Yes it is nauseating. Delighted she’s pregnant but jeez she is not the first woman who got up the duff. Also I think she has been a bit flippant basically boasting about how she became pregnant straight away (before her wedding) when so many people struggle with fertility/miscarriages.

Her YouTube video on pregnancy nutrition was a joke. Quoted incorrect stats eg about how much caffeine is in a cup of coffee and basically plagiarised the NHS website.

Also, she spent a LOT of time on her honeymoon either working or posting stories which I thought was odd. Her husband must be sick of taking photos of her. she comes across as a total narcissist.

Honestly, the audacity of these people. Holding themselves out to be “heathy” and knowledgable, when they clearly have serious body image issues. She looks emaciated. Pathetic comments underneath it also saying how great she looks. Scary.
Agreed. She doesn’t look healthy at all. I’ve noticed Rhiannon has slated BMI before and now I understand why- there is no way she or Sophie have normal BMIs. Such an unhealthy message and so depressing that they are able to spread their message to vulnerable people. They are both anorexic in my opinion.

Ok Rhi so you couldn’t possibly find time to answer your *totally non scripted* questions whilst not pumping but then had time to work out (and film it for the gram obvs). Not that I object to seeing someone pump it’s just that it’s all done for show! Also if I was a member of her family I would be a bit upset that she has just said she feels pressured by them to send them pictures of her baby that they must be dying to meet and who she quite happily shares with the world on social media.
Then back to her again *totally not scripted* comment about how well she’s doing and how amazing she is and her trying to conjure up a tear about it and pretend to be all humble and modest.

She talks about one size doesn’t fit all but I’m pretty sure that this book is going effectively be one way to eat and therefore people are going to buy it and try and follow whatever and all be eating the same way…..she’s an absolute joker…..also just get on with writing it rather than writing about how difficult it is! We all do jobs that have difficult exhausting parts. You are literally nothing special! When is that going to get in to your head.
