I used to really like her but now I just find her beyond patronising and ever so pleased with herself. She must be so used to having her arse kissed that she thinks everyone is interested in every tiny innocuous detail that she chooses to share.
I feel like she’s in a little narcissistic clique with Chessie King and Alice Liveing (who I used to really like as well). Shame, couldn’t be less relatable if they tried...

Yes...lovely she’s had a baby and all is well. I genuinely mean that. He’s a cutie and she deserves some genuine happiness in her life with her marriage and baby etc. Everyone deserves happiness.

However, I find it so pathetic how many people swoon after her like she is the bleeping Queen. I mean seriously...wtf 🙄.

Furthermore...I can’t imagine a life so dull she really needs to overshare every last detail with the world. Is she seriously that void and hungry to be “somebody”?! Sorry...it just makes me uneasy and queasy. If your page is about nutrition then let it be that...not your flippin life in all its tediousness...shoving it down everyone’s throats. Pete’s sake.

Yes I had the wonder weeks app too and it was wildly inaccurate for my baby. Because babies are not all the same and can’t be put in these neat little boxes of how they will behave and when. I get that these apps help a lot of parents but I think it’s more that parents want to find a ‘reason’ for why their baby maybe fussy etc. If it helps parents then that’s great but I think it can get to the point where Rhi is at where she literally obsessed over every little thing.
Its a way of shifting blame, responsibility, guilt, call it what you will, but she seems afraid to trust herself and her instincts and is worried of getting it wrong, so if she can give it a name the responsibility of it belongs elsewhere. The fact that there’s nothing to feel this way about to start with is where her problems lie, just enjoy your baby/toddler, get to know them as they grown and follow your instincts as to what they and you need. We’ve had babies long before their were apps to tell us what to expect.

Honestly I think she looks sooooo gaunt and unwell. How can she be writing a book about nutrition for health when she looks 15 years older than she is and also looks so drawn? I appreciate she’s got a child and is “busy” but I swear she never looked this downright skin ans bone. It’s quite damaging if she’s encouraging people to come to her and the clinic for eating advice and she looks like she needs a dirty great cheeseburger and chips.
Loads of people are busy after having a child that run businesses (a lot more high scale than hers) and don’t look like this.
i really wouldn’t take her (regurgitated textbook) advice and definitely wouldn’t pay a penny to speak to her about anything nutrition or health.
Honestly speaking, she should take a break from telling anyone anything about healthy relationships with food. It seems unethical.

She constantly says ‘social media is only part of the story’ and you can’t possibly judge someone on 15 second insta stories, yet like Alice Liveing ranges between really sad and ecstatic. There never appears to be just a normal, happy medium.

I've managed to breastfeed for 8 months with my little boy but it started out very tough and we gave him a lot of formula in the early days. I found formula so much more stressful! All the sterilising, wondering if you have enough with you when you're out, all the calculations about how long milk has been out of the fridge and whether it's still fine to drink. There were so many times we were caught out, didn't have a sterilised bottle and he was hungry and upset, I found it a real challenge.

I feel really lucky to be able to breastfeed him, and I'm proud that I was able to persevere with something I really struggled with at first. But I always feel wary of bringing it up because I worry I sound like one of these preachy influencers who become breastfeeding evangelists as soon as their baby latches on. And anyway, surely all mums are proud of how they've overcome challenges to care for their babies? It's not just breastfeeding mums that need a medal, it's all mums.
Well said. Her post does rather smack of ‘BF may be hard to begin with, but formula is the easy option’. I understand that baby feeding is always going to illicit strong opinions, but her tone on this issue is all wrong (and I say that as someone who breastfeeds).

Also she is presumably flouting the rules again today by having anorexic Sophie round to do some stretching! Why does everything have to be for the Gram??

I think she is and that’s also why she was getting so defensive about eating soy and giving her son soy the other week too. For someone who is always talking about having a healthy relationship with food she has such a weird relationship with food. Anything she eats is so shrouded in secrecy that people get blocked just for asking if she is vegetarian!

You know what gets me? She clearly has an eating disorder (and has admitted as much previously if I recall correctly) but doesn’t own it. Why not be honest about it? I’d have so much more respect for her if she did.

Z is very sweet but he is very delayed with his speech. It’s probably nothing to worry about as they all do things at their own pace, but at almost 18 months old he should have close to 100 words bynow. Maybe if she spent less time shoving a camera in his face when she gets to be with him and more time directly interacting he’d be picking up more!

Also I wish influencers wouldn’t post so much about their kids…working in child protection really makes you realise how many sickos there are out there…

Exactly, she goes on about being self employed so she doesn’t get mat leave. This is not the same as someone who runs a small business and cannot afford to take time off she absolutely could she was just not willing to. When you are pregnant you know you will have to make sacrifices for the new life you are bringing in to the world but it seems she was not willing to make any and now complains that she doesn’t have any time for herself.
She is playing the martyr, but in reality she has a job which she can largely do from home and dictate her own hours. I’d say she’s pretty lucky!

She must waste several hours a day on social media. Babies of Zs age don’t feed for as long, and yet she is still posting constantly throughout the day.

I have a baby a similar age to Z and it’s hard work! Relentless sometimes. And also hard during lockdown and not having the support that might be available in normal times. But she is in a financial position to get help if she needed - even if she put Z in nursery for a couple of days a week.

See her company accounts attached - she definitely could’ve afforded a month or two off.

Why has she used a picture of herself and her son 1st in a post about food poverty? How narcissistic! “I feel so spoiled, so helpless” probably because you are and you don’t seem to realise it! But we do!!!
You are in a better place of power to raise awareness of what to do or write to people, sign a petition to go to government and then ask all your followers to sign. That would be enough signatures to have it discussed in parliament.
But no you just do a post on it that’s mainly centred around you and then you’ll probably forget about it tomorrow. That’s heartbreaking and shows influencers seemingly pick up issues in the world and then either can’t be bothered or don’t ACTUALLY care enough to do something.
Sorry rant over

Oh god, don’t give her something else to obsess over, its bad enough her micro managing his sleep and food, imagine if she starts calculating optimal screen time too. Is there an app to help her or a screen expert she can consult daily because he watched thirty seconds more on Tuesday than he did on Monday and what should she do about it,

It’s terribly written and is basically just one massive long boast
Great she’s achieved a lot but I think she thinks that makes her special or like she’s achieved more than most……in reality, she failed in career and then set up her own with a following of people from Instagram. Sure it’s great but it’s not unheard of to achieve a lot in your life….

Ahhhh so now we know why Rhiannon has been dropping her little hints about her traumatising birth story. It’s to create interest in the series finale of her podcast all about her birth story! You know, the one she’s been too traumatised to talk about.
Her podcast is called food for thought, why does she feel the need to discuss her birth story on it?! So cringey,is nothing sacred ffs

..she wants you to think her life is perfect. If it was then there wouldn’t be a constant meed to show off on social media like it’s oxygen.
But she also wants you to think she is relatable too by posting her post-birth reality in her maternity mesh knickers. Because if we thought her lifestyle was unattainable we wouldn’t engage with her.
Her stories yesterday were so cringey saying how she could never pick a winner for her competition to win a kitchenaid ‘because she wants everyone to win! 🤮

Only Rhi could make someone else having covid about her 😡
Wow how rude! That’s the real side of Rhi, she’s not all sweetness and light like she would have everyone believe. Guess what? These things happen and she should be grateful that she can reschedule work and do it all from home anyway. For some people, their childcare falling through means that they don’t get paid for that day.

She knows fuck all about the science of nutrition! I doubt she even knows how to break down scientific papers articulately. Everything she says is just a reiteration. Why are the majority of people so blind to this?! It’ll just be an amalgamation of all the fundamentals of nutrition student textbooks. 🙄
Ha for sure! She’s probably done most of the research on google. I doubt she’s actually gone to any labs and done the scientific studies herself so therefore she is just taking information off the website and making it her own. Isn’t that just plagiarism? How can she be sure there isn’t some sort of politics and these papers she’s found online aren’t sponsored by a company and therefore contain biased information?
And it’s number 1 on Amazon, it’s worth the amount of traction these influencer have!
Also I would much rather stay at home and write a book in the subject I’m interested in rather than go to work and be out the house for 12 hours.
she really doesn’t understand how good she’s got it!

I honestly believe enforcing such strong and obsessive views on kids can only go a negative way. My baby is 8 months and I haven't felt the need to give him a pouch for example with being on maternity leave, but when I go back to work and he is being looked after, there will definitely be days where this is taken out of my hands! The odd more unhealthy meal will do no harm but the toxic mentality restricting your kids will.

Looks like baby needed antibiotics or a drip of some kind...possibly swallowed meconium during delivery
yes, all the fancy diets and exercises cant prevent obstetric emergencies...they can happen to the most 'prepared' mothers out there ...I know - I was one of those statistics, I'm glad she's getting therapy but I also know through bitter experience that this is also very hit or miss depending on where you live in UK ...she is indeed privileged having this available to her . Just waiting for all the nutritious shakes she's going to be preparing now for breastfeeding 🙄

Definitely fits in with her motive then. She has no shame.

Her minion Sophie is just as bad as her.... a seemingly walking eating disorder who also regurgitates anything she reads and spins it off as new gospel. (I’ve read interviews and heard things she says that lean towards this...not just basing it on her emaciated photos). During eating disorder week she seems to think this is the right and non-triggering sort of image to share with her sheeple....I mean seriously...one minute you’re working with eating disorder patients...(she isn’t even a dietitian) and the next minute it’s intuitive eating . If this image doesn’t trigger their clients that have eating disorders and I’m assuming their slightly younger audience then I don’t know what does. Barf:sick:...they are completely narcissistic airheads living in a complete bubble.

How irresponsible. It’s not normal for most women to have so little body fat. Don’t you need a certain amount of body fat in order to menstruate? Maybe she is just naturally very thin as her face doesn’t look too gaunt but it’s hard to know with insta filters etc
