Sounds like her birth was very similar to mine. I had forceps in theatre and an episiotomy. I lost three pints of blood afterwards (didn't have a clue at the time, was only told later). It's strange because I felt (and still do feel) like the whole thing was a massively positive experience for me. A few days after coming out of hospital I did have a wobble where it sunk in that I'd lost a lot of blood and it was close to being in scary territory.

The midwives all joked I was the calmest person in the room in theatre (I did hypnobirthing but am generally quite a calm person anyway) but I can imagine that maybe others in the same scenario might be freaked out. Nevertheless, we don't all go and make podcasts about it as a result. I don't think I've ever spoken to a woman with a 100% straightforward birth story, everyone has their own challenges during labour and post partum - hers aren't unique or special.

Bit weird that she has put on her story about recording her podcast thanking chessie king for looking after her little boy. I assume that means chessie was in her house looking after the baby as he is only 8 weeks old. I don’t follow her so is she from a single household? Unless she has formed a bubble with chessie which can only be done if she is on her own then that would be breaking lockdown rules wouldn’t it?
It appears influencers have their own rules. They are all at it.

Love that she’s trying to blame her sore throat on air conditioning and night wake ups. She is so damn irresponsible, it doesn’t matter if the symptoms have gone away, the rules are clear that she should be isolating. But oh no, screw everyone else she might be infecting! She really isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer is she?

Also I bet she will be weighing her son regularly when he is school age. He will be the type of kid who goes crazy at friend’s birthday parties and eats 25 mars bars and a whole bag of jelly babies because he isn’t allowed any sugar at home!

I would actually have so much more respect for people like her and London Paleo Girl if they actually came out and admitted they have eating disorders.

Just quoting myself as certain she looks here on the daily! She’s now posted pics of herself with Alice!
She can’t help but bite!

I used to like her and enjoy her podcast but she got so preachy and totally unrelatable recently. I clicked on the link in her newsletter to the place she was staying in the Maldives - frikkin’ $1600 per night (and that’s the cheapest option). I wonder if it was #gifted
Also, I get that she’s excited about being pregnant but she literally makes a reference to it every two seconds - we get it , you’re pregnant 🙄 And the cradling the bump pose in every photo (even in videos when she’s walking - it’s like she has to do it for fear of someone who doesn’t know she’s pregnant thinking she’s gained weight or something). On the verge of unfollowing....
So pleased I came across this! I cannot abide her, she is fake, fake, FAKE!!! Her honeymoon was very suspicious & I was on the verge of reporting her as I noticed out of many, many feed posts & stories only one was #gift in tiny letters 😤 She’s so smug & her pregnancy cradling is so nauseating 🤮

Being hungrier, wanting more milk and night waking are NOT signs your baby is ready for weaning 🙄 She’s so smug about the fact he held the spoon and ‘fed himself’ which is going to make other mums just starting out with weaning disappointed when their babies don’t do the same!

I’m no expert on breastfeeding so I’m happy to be corrected but I’m assuming that while you are breastfeeding you should be eating more than normal kind of like when you are pregnant. Add in to that all the working out she has been doing she really needs to be to eating more. She didn’t really gain any weight whilst she was pregnant so any weight loss now is really unnecessary. As a nutritionist who apparently specialises in pre and post natal nutrition surely she understands this? She is setting a very unhealthy example imo.

Hahaha rhi’s latest ad post: LETS BE REAL ad

If you were real you would start with #AD
Reported. Again. Don’t get anything back from the ASA but hopefully they log these complaints. Will do it to her professional body later too. She needs calling out on these as they’re so frequent. Devious little madam.

She’s making her son put his own nappies in the bin??? What the actual fuck. How disgusting and unhygienic is that.
What was the point in showing us that 'snapshot of real life' if she then puts the nappy in another bin anyway...and she could have at least got him to wash his hands after touching the nappy before picking up his toys 🤮

Does anyone genuinely believe that is her real accent?
I think it’s her accent when she wants to talk down to people she thinks are stupid. I.e. most people.
God she seems to think she’s the only one who gives a balanced view on nutrition. But is it a balanced view? Is it really?

She ‘didn’t want to work out’ so of course she did work out and just so happened to film it for the gram making sure it got loads of shots showing just how good she looks and she does look great - good for her! I just feel bad for mums who gave birth around the same time as her who also don’t have the energy or want to work out and will feel bad for not looking the same as her.

Her recent posts about pregnancy etc are just insufferable. Her comment about people who have had c sections having a massage and how that doesn’t apply to her, as if everything is going to be picture perfect for her. Obviously I hope she has an easy birth and wouldn’t wish a c section on anyone, but she really needs to have a word with herself about how cocky she comes across.
There’s an undercurrent of judgement in everything she says isn’t there? Even though she preaches not to judge 🙄

What was he eating/what did she say?

(I’m not asking what he ate to gauge if there was good reason for her to shame as it’s never ok.. just curious because it says a lot about her)
He was eating a packet of mashed potato that was enough for 4 people apparently and two breaded chicken steaks and “you wouldn’t believe he was married to a registered nutritionist” with a tut and an eye roll.

Also I don’t know why she is saying that tap water is safe for babies? I had a baby last year and the advice was always cooled boiled water. She also put ‘do bit feed’ instead of ‘do not feed’ bottled water. She should really check her spelling mistakes as some people may take this to mean that they can feed their baby a bit of bottled water when they can’t as there is too much sodium in bottled water.
If I had post partum psychosis I don’t think I would be doing Instagram stories in my maternity pants just days after my baby was born but maybe that’s just me!
